摘 要本設(shè)計(jì)的主要目的是介紹神龍礦區(qū)立井井筒設(shè)計(jì)和施工組織方案設(shè)計(jì)。設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容一共分為五章,分別為:第一章主要介紹國(guó)內(nèi)立井井筒施工的發(fā)展歷程,包括:設(shè)計(jì)理念的形成、實(shí)踐,在我國(guó)的引進(jìn)發(fā)展,和對(duì)更深層次設(shè)計(jì)思想的探索等。第二章主要介紹神龍礦的工程概況,水文地質(zhì)概況,和主井的主要技術(shù)參數(shù),為而后的設(shè)計(jì)提供必要的數(shù)據(jù)儲(chǔ)備。第三章是立井的井壁設(shè)計(jì),主要包括:設(shè)計(jì)依據(jù),井壁結(jié)構(gòu)的選擇,井壁荷載,井壁厚度的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,可縮裝置的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,配筋計(jì)算等。凍結(jié)壁厚度的計(jì)算,采用多姆克強(qiáng)度理論和經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式計(jì)算結(jié)果的平均值,來比較得到。凍結(jié)壁平均溫度的計(jì)算,由于巖體平均溫度計(jì)算公式是適用在單排管凍結(jié)下的,而實(shí)際主井的凍結(jié)方案是三排管的差異凍結(jié),因此最后的計(jì)算平均溫度與實(shí)際設(shè)計(jì)平均溫度有出入。第四章是井筒的強(qiáng)度驗(yàn)算,主要包括內(nèi)外壁的強(qiáng)度驗(yàn)算和配筋驗(yàn)算。第五章是總結(jié),包括畢設(shè)設(shè)計(jì)和致謝。關(guān)鍵詞:立井;施工;井壁;方案設(shè)計(jì) AbstractSummary of the main purpose of the project is to introduce the shenlong mine shaft design and construction organization design.
