All rights reserved. 整流器（ RU）及其維修特點(diǎn) (1) ? MASTERDRIVES 6SE70的整流單元是以二極管或可控硅為功率元件的單象限交－直環(huán)節(jié)，共有 5種結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸： B、 C、 E、 H、 K。 ? B與 C尺寸為書(shū)本式的整流單元其功率部分為二極管橋式整流電路 ,，需配合由繼電器與預(yù)充電電阻組成的預(yù)充電回路。由一塊控制板 A23模塊做啟、停及保護(hù)控制。其啟、停控制由端子外接啟、停按鈕實(shí)現(xiàn)。預(yù)充電控制、前端主接觸器控制，冷卻風(fēng)機(jī)供電，裝置過(guò)熱檢測(cè)等也均由 A23模塊完成。 A23模塊檢測(cè)主回路進(jìn)線的交流電壓及直流母線的電壓作為控制的實(shí)際值依據(jù)，裝置前端需要有快速熔斷器以及進(jìn)線電抗器保護(hù)。 ? E尺寸整流單元的部分為可控硅整流橋。可控硅整流橋在裝置接通后，經(jīng)固定的延時(shí)，將可控硅整流電路的觸發(fā)角由最小開(kāi)到最大，從而完成逆變器直流母線上電容器組的預(yù)充電，其控制原理與方式類(lèi)同與 B和 C尺寸控制模塊也是－ A23單元。 ? B、 C與 E三種整流單元，其控制板－ A23的控制原理大同小異，均沒(méi)有采用數(shù)字化顯示，但它們均可以通過(guò)選件 A50輔助電源與 PSR接口板接入選件電子箱，電子箱中可以搭載 SCB接口擴(kuò)展板， CBP2通訊板，甚至是 T400工藝板等。 Siemens Training Center for Automation and Drives Date: 2022/5/24 File: D2104 6SE70系列變頻器的維修 Siemens AG 2022. H與 K尺寸的整流器，其功率部分采用模塊化的平板可控硅元件組件，其主控板采用與整流 /回饋單元相同的 CUR控制模板，它是由微處理控制的具有直流母線電流調(diào)節(jié)器為內(nèi)環(huán)、直流母線電壓調(diào)節(jié)器為外環(huán)的雙閉環(huán)調(diào)節(jié)器控制的整流系統(tǒng)。但直流母線電壓不可自由設(shè)定，而是設(shè)定為跟蹤進(jìn)線電壓的方式。系統(tǒng)的控制和顯示實(shí)現(xiàn)了數(shù)字化，可由 PMU單元或 DI、 DOAO端子進(jìn)行控制與顯示。電子箱的形式與 6SE70系列標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模式相一致，可以安裝主控板，也可安裝選件模塊?？梢詫?shí)現(xiàn) PROFIBUS DP通訊A23模塊完成 CUR控制模塊與主回路元件之間的控制接口與各種控制電源變換，以及實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)系統(tǒng)的主回路方面的各種保護(hù)與實(shí)際值檢測(cè)。 ? 通過(guò) P353參數(shù)設(shè)置的 SCR自檢功能與 P354參數(shù)設(shè)定的系統(tǒng)接地故障檢測(cè)功能，是系統(tǒng)維修中非常有用的自檢功能，在維修中應(yīng)當(dāng)充分加以使用。 ? 在參數(shù)表中還有許多 r參數(shù)在運(yùn)行時(shí)反映系統(tǒng)的各種實(shí)際值與實(shí)際狀態(tài)，它們也為維修工作帶來(lái)了許多的方便。 Siemens Training Center for Automation and Drives Date: 2022/5/24 File: D2104 6SE70系列變頻器的維修 Siemens AG 2022.
