【正文】 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)報(bào)告（論文） (2020 屆 ) 題 目： 6061鋁的焊接性及焊接工藝研究 摘 要 隨著科技的進(jìn)步、經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展以及航空、航天、裝備工業(yè)的需要和人民生活水平的提高對(duì)鋁合金在高強(qiáng)，高韌、高模、耐磨、耐蝕、耐疲勞、耐高溫、耐低溫、耐輻射、防火、防爆、易切割、易拋光、可表面處理、可焊接和超輕等方面有著更多的特性專項(xiàng)和綜臺(tái)性能的要求。此時(shí)，發(fā)現(xiàn)鋁合金焊接時(shí)常見(jiàn)的缺陷和預(yù)防措施就成 了一件至關(guān)重要的事情。 本文主要通過(guò)了解鋁合金的發(fā)展史、 6061 鋁合金的力學(xué)性能、 6061 鋁合金的化學(xué)成分和 6061 鋁合金在生產(chǎn)中的應(yīng)用，分析 6061 鋁合金焊接性及焊接工藝研究，從中發(fā)現(xiàn)鋁合金在焊接過(guò)程中存在的缺陷及預(yù)防措施，為以后制定鋁合金焊接工藝提供依據(jù)。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 6061 鋁 焊接性 焊接工藝 Abstract With the progress of science and technology, the development of economy and the aviation, aerospace, industrial equipment needs and improve the living standards of the people on aluminum alloy in high strength, high toughness, high modulus, wear and corrosion resistance, fatigue resistance, high temperature resistant, low temperature resistant, radiation resistant, fire prevention, explosionproof, easy cutting, polishing, surface treatment, weldability and ultra light has more characteristics of special and prehensive performance requirements. At this time, found in aluminum alloy welding mon defects and prevention measures have bee a important things. This paper through the understanding of the history of the development of aluminum alloy, the mechanical properties of 6061 aluminum alloy, 6061 aluminum alloy chemical position and 6061 aluminum alloy application in production, from the analysis of 6061 aluminum alloy welding and welding technology, found from the aluminum alloy in the process of welding defects and preventive measures, in order to after making aluminum alloy welding process provides a basis.
