【正文】 淺析我國(guó)外匯儲(chǔ)備的規(guī)?，F(xiàn)狀及管理對(duì)策摘 要: 外匯儲(chǔ)備是一國(guó)貨幣當(dāng)局持有的國(guó)際儲(chǔ)備資產(chǎn)，是當(dāng)今國(guó)際儲(chǔ)備的主體，是一國(guó)平衡國(guó)際收支、維持匯率穩(wěn)定及應(yīng)付緊急支付的重要資產(chǎn)。儲(chǔ)備規(guī)模是否適當(dāng)、儲(chǔ)備結(jié)構(gòu)是否合理，對(duì)一國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)及國(guó)家安全有著重要的影響。近年來(lái)隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速增長(zhǎng)，我國(guó)外匯儲(chǔ)備急劇膨脹，遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超過(guò)合理規(guī)模且結(jié)構(gòu)上也存在一系列問(wèn)題，使得我國(guó)國(guó)家財(cái)富在美元長(zhǎng)期貶值的背景下面臨極大的匯率風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。巨額外匯儲(chǔ)備給我國(guó)宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行帶來(lái)了一定的負(fù)面影響。文章對(duì)我國(guó)外匯儲(chǔ)備規(guī)模高速增長(zhǎng)的成因及其影響進(jìn)行分析，并提出了針對(duì)我國(guó)外匯儲(chǔ)備的管理政策建議。關(guān)鍵詞: 外匯儲(chǔ)備 成因 政策建議Abstract：Foreign exchange reserves is a prehensive dependent variable，and it is closely linked with a country39。s international balance of payments，exchange rate regimes，international trade，international status and economic strength．Since the reform and opening up，China39。s opening up constantly increase and import and export trade have been expanding．Such a huge amount of foreign exchange reserves，has bee the focus of discussion at home and abroad，and government and national financial institutions pay widespread attention to it．This paper studies the formation of China39。s current huge foreign exchange reserves causes and consequences of it.
