Key words: ventilation and air conditioning。 fire prevention and smoke exhaust 引言： 隨著人民物 質(zhì)文化生活水平的提高，由于健康或生產(chǎn)的需要，空調(diào)器已廣泛 應(yīng)用于社會(huì)生產(chǎn)和生活之中，很多建筑尤其是高層建筑都裝有通風(fēng)及空氣調(diào)節(jié)設(shè)備，這些設(shè)備不僅有可能引起火災(zāi)，而且由于這些設(shè)備的管道與各樓層、各房間直接相通，垂直與水平縱橫交叉，起火時(shí)便成為蔓延傳播煙火的重要渠道，許多火災(zāi)由此而釀成巨禍。 根據(jù) GB 500451995《高層民用建筑設(shè)計(jì)防火規(guī)范》的要求，對于新建、擴(kuò)建和改建的高層民用建筑及其相連的附屬建筑都 要 具有 防火、防煙、排煙系統(tǒng)。在縱向連動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)中，消防控制中心要設(shè)置防 火 排煙控制裝置，由 該裝置集中控制全樓的防火門、防火閥、防火卷簾、排煙機(jī)、正壓送風(fēng)機(jī)及其通風(fēng)、空調(diào)設(shè)施。 1 空調(diào)設(shè)計(jì) 中防火分區(qū)與 防火排煙裝置 空調(diào)系統(tǒng) 中的防火分區(qū) 《 高層民用建筑設(shè)計(jì)防火規(guī)范 》 （ 以下簡稱“高規(guī)” ） 條規(guī)定 ： 通風(fēng)空調(diào)系統(tǒng)橫向應(yīng) 按每個(gè)防火分區(qū)設(shè)置。其措辭嚴(yán)格，設(shè)計(jì)中不能違背。同時(shí)“高規(guī)” 條又提出通風(fēng)空調(diào)管道穿越防火
