【正文】 1 基于 PLC 的花樣噴泉設(shè)計(jì) 摘 要 針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的噴泉控制系統(tǒng)一旦設(shè)計(jì)好控制電路，就不能隨意改變噴水花樣及噴水時(shí)間等問(wèn)題， 本設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)合 西門子 S7200 可編程控制器 設(shè)計(jì)能 適應(yīng)不同季節(jié)、不同場(chǎng)合的噴水要求 目的的花樣噴泉系統(tǒng)?；訃娙刂葡到y(tǒng)的主要任務(wù)就是改變噴泉的噴水樣式，以達(dá)到有規(guī)律的改變噴泉噴水樣式的目的。按下啟動(dòng)按鈕，噴泉裝置開(kāi)始工作，按下停止按鈕，噴泉控制裝置停止工作。噴泉工作方式由花樣選擇開(kāi)關(guān)和單步∕連續(xù)開(kāi)關(guān)決定。當(dāng)單步∕連續(xù)開(kāi)關(guān)選擇單步時(shí)，噴泉只能按照花樣選擇開(kāi)關(guān)設(shè)定的方式，運(yùn)行一個(gè)循環(huán)；當(dāng)單步 ∕連續(xù)開(kāi)關(guān)選擇連續(xù)時(shí)，噴泉按照花樣選擇開(kāi)關(guān)設(shè)定的方式，運(yùn)行多個(gè)循環(huán)，直至按下停止按鈕?；友h(huán)方式選擇開(kāi)關(guān)用于選擇噴泉的噴水花樣，本文設(shè)計(jì)四種噴水花樣循環(huán)。 PLC 控制系統(tǒng)體積小、功能強(qiáng)、可靠性高，且具有較大的靈活性和可擴(kuò)展性的特點(diǎn)。用PLC 花樣噴泉控制系統(tǒng)，不但實(shí)現(xiàn)了自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)換花樣噴泉的噴水樣式，提高了系統(tǒng)的可靠性和安全性，而且，美化了我們的生活環(huán)境，使我們的生活環(huán)境更加安逸、舒適。因此 PLC 控制系統(tǒng)具有一定的工程應(yīng)用和推廣價(jià)值。 關(guān)鍵詞：噴泉， PLC 控制，花樣噴泉系統(tǒng) 2 The pattern design based on PLC fountain Abstract In traditional fountain control system design good control circuit, once can39。t change pattern and water spraying time such issues, the design with Siemens s7200 PLC design can adapt to different season , different occasions of hydraulic requirements the pattern of the fountain system purpose. PLC control system small volume and powerful function, high reliability, and has a greater flexibility and expansibility characteristic. PLC control system, and designs fountain not only realized the automatic conversion pattern fountain of hydraulic style, improve the reliability of system and security, and, beautification our living environment, make our life more fortable and fortable environment.
