系統(tǒng)編號(hào):092YZU00457082出版年:2004 研究生:宋家庭 研究生(英文姓名):ChiaTing Sung 論文名稱: 整合策略規(guī)劃與平衡計(jì)分卡的績(jī)效評(píng)估模式─ 以PCB產(chǎn)業(yè)為例英文論文名稱:The Performance Evaluation Model of Integration Strategic Planning and Balanced Scorecard─ PCB Industry指導(dǎo)教授:湯玲郎 指導(dǎo)教授(英文姓名): LinLang Tang 學(xué)位類別: 碩士校院名稱: 元智大學(xué) 系所名稱: 管理研究所學(xué)號(hào): 917642 學(xué)年度: 92 語(yǔ)文別: 中文 論文頁(yè)數(shù): 136 關(guān)鍵詞: PCB 。 策略規(guī)劃 。 績(jī)效評(píng)估模式 。 AHP 。 平衡計(jì)分卡 。 ARIS 英文關(guān)鍵詞: PCB 。 Strategic Planning 。 Performance Evaluation Model 。 AHP 。 Balanced Scorecard 。 ARIS 被引用次數(shù): 0[ 摘要 ] 整合策略規(guī)劃與平衡計(jì)分卡的績(jī)效評(píng)估模式─以PCB產(chǎn)業(yè)為例學(xué)生:宋 家 庭 指導(dǎo)教授:湯玲郎博士元 智 大 學(xué) 管 理 研 究 所摘 要PCB產(chǎn)業(yè)為我國(guó)的第三大電子次產(chǎn)業(yè),是我國(guó)非常重要的電子產(chǎn)業(yè)之一。本研究經(jīng)分析後,發(fā)現(xiàn)PCB產(chǎn)業(yè)屬拉式供應(yīng)鏈,產(chǎn)業(yè)之中很少進(jìn)行垂直整合,大都是形成夥伴關(guān)係分工合作,並大量使用外包屬於完整型供應(yīng)鏈。另外本研究提出17項(xiàng)因應(yīng)產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)策略供業(yè)者參考,並經(jīng)由專家問卷及AHP法分析,提出4大構(gòu)面36項(xiàng)供應(yīng)鏈績(jī)效評(píng)估指標(biāo),由結(jié)果可知最重要的構(gòu)面是品質(zhì)構(gòu)面及時(shí)間構(gòu)面,最重要的績(jī)效指標(biāo)是如期交貨率、樣品準(zhǔn)時(shí)率、退貨率等,因?yàn)閱柧戆琍CB供應(yīng)鏈的上中下游,所以績(jī)效權(quán)重也代表客戶導(dǎo)向意涵,業(yè)者可針對(duì)少數(shù)績(jī)效不佳的關(guān)鍵流程加以改善,對(duì)關(guān)鍵流程進(jìn)行流程再造。本研究目的即是在整合PCB產(chǎn)業(yè)策略規(guī)劃及建立績(jī)效評(píng)估與流程再造的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模式。本研究的流程是以PCB生產(chǎn)之供應(yīng)鏈為基礎(chǔ),經(jīng)由相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)探討,對(duì)硬質(zhì)印刷電路板(Rigid print circuit board) 產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境進(jìn)行五力分析,將目前整個(gè)供應(yīng)鏈從上游供應(yīng)商到下游客戶運(yùn)作模式做一敘述,再以SWOT分析對(duì)臺(tái)灣硬質(zhì)印刷電路板與其他競(jìng)爭(zhēng)者做一比較,並利用策略矩陣找出優(yōu)、劣勢(shì)及機(jī)會(huì)、威脅間之關(guān)聯(lián)性與因應(yīng)對(duì)策。此外,參考相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)提出績(jī)效評(píng)估指標(biāo),然後將各績(jī)效評(píng)估指標(biāo)套入價(jià)值鏈結(jié)構(gòu)中,並透過(guò)專家問卷調(diào)查,以AHP法分辨重要之關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)(KPI),建立PCB產(chǎn)業(yè)績(jī)效評(píng)估架構(gòu)。最後以個(gè)案公司關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)之表現(xiàn),利用平衡計(jì)分卡與ARIS對(duì)核心流程加以塑模及分析,對(duì)流程再造模式提出具體範(fàn)例,使管理階層較能掌握現(xiàn)狀與評(píng)估外在環(huán)境的影響,提供決策者作為策略規(guī)劃及建立有效的績(jī)效評(píng)估模式的參考。關(guān)鍵字:PCB、策略規(guī)劃、績(jī)效評(píng)估模式、AHP、平衡計(jì)分卡、ARIS [ 英文摘要 ] The Performance Evaluation Model of Integration Strategic Planning and Balanced Scorecard─“PCB Industry”Student:ChiaTing Sung Advisors:Dr. LinLang TangGraduate School of ManagementYuanZe UniversityABSTRACTOne of the most important industries, PCB manufacturing, is also the third largest one of electronic industry in Taiwan. After analysis, I found that the PCB business is able to follow a pullbased system supply chain. Within this industry, it is hardly to be integrated vertically, but most models have created cooperative coplanar partnership. Furthermore, many PCB vendors have connected with their outsourcing partners to plete their supply chain system together. On the other hand, this research also revealed 17 petitive strategies for PCB supplier’s reference and through investigating and pointing out four major principles to enpass 36performance indices specialist consensus and AHP analysis. As a result, two of the most important indicators are quality and leadtime and there are some key factors which can help to evaluate performance, for example, ontime shipping rate, samples ontime delivery rate, and returned rate.
