摘 要本文首先介紹大功率 LED 的應(yīng)用及其恒流驅(qū)動(dòng)方案的選擇指南,然后以美國Cypress 公司的產(chǎn)品為例,重點(diǎn)討論如何巧妙應(yīng)用 LED 恒流驅(qū)動(dòng)電路的采樣電阻提高大功率 LED 的效率,并給出大功率 LED 驅(qū)動(dòng)器設(shè)計(jì)與散熱設(shè)計(jì)的注意事項(xiàng)。Cypress 公司的 CY8CLED04D0x 系列是 PowerPSoC 系列智能 LED 驅(qū)動(dòng)器。 PowerPSoC 系列是具有性能良好的功率電子學(xué)控制器和開關(guān)器件,方便實(shí)現(xiàn)用于照明的功率系統(tǒng)解決方案,可替代傳統(tǒng)的 MCU 系統(tǒng) IC 以及其周圍的數(shù)量眾多的分立元件。 PowerPSoC 系列系在賽普拉斯含有一個(gè)微控制器、可編程模擬和數(shù)字模塊以及存儲(chǔ)器的PSoC 可編程片上系統(tǒng)中集成了一至四個(gè)恒流調(diào)節(jié)器以及 32V/1A MOSFET。這一技術(shù)的采用可以帶來諸如更少的元器件、更短的設(shè)計(jì)周期、更低功耗、更高可靠性等好處。關(guān)鍵詞:LED ;驅(qū)動(dòng)電路;恒流特性;系統(tǒng)效率;PowerPSoCIAbstractThis paper describes the application of highpower LED and its Constant current drive program selection guide, and then there an American panyCypress39。s products as an example, focus on how to skillfully use the LED constant current driver circuit39。s sample resistance to increase the efficiency of highpower LED, so it can conclude the high power LED driver design and the thermal design considerations. PowerPSoC series is a good performance of the power electronics controller and switching devices, facilitate the achievement of the Power systems for lighting39。s solutions, alternative to the traditional IC MCU system and its surrounding large number of discrete ponents. PowerPSoC contains a series of lines in the Cypress microcontroller, programmable analog and digital modules, Memory of the PSoC Programmable System on Chip integrated 14 constant current regulators and 32V/1A MOSFET.
