【正文】 電氣工程及其自動(dòng)化畢業(yè)論文電氣工程及其自動(dòng)化畢業(yè)論文題 目：非接觸式電位器的研究 專 業(yè) ：電氣工程及其自動(dòng)化摘 要 電位器是一種阻值可以根據(jù)用戶需要進(jìn)行調(diào)整的可變電阻器，是應(yīng)用廣泛的通用機(jī)電元件。傳統(tǒng)的電位器大多為接觸式的，這樣的電位器存在許多缺點(diǎn)。為克服存在的缺陷，非接觸式電位器應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。本次設(shè)計(jì)從現(xiàn)代傳感器技術(shù)入手，通過深入了解現(xiàn)代傳感器技術(shù)，從中選取合適的傳感器作為實(shí)現(xiàn)“非接觸式”的手段。在理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上，并考慮到實(shí)際制作環(huán)境的限制，從而選取了差動(dòng)式電感傳感器作為電位器的調(diào)節(jié)端，并且改進(jìn)了傳感器電路，提高了其調(diào)節(jié)的穩(wěn)定性和靈敏度。在該電位器的輸出端，接上了一運(yùn)算放大器，使其輸出范圍大大增加。通過對(duì)作品參數(shù)的測(cè)試，證明了其符合設(shè)計(jì)要求，實(shí)現(xiàn)了電位器的“非接觸式”調(diào)節(jié)。關(guān)鍵詞：電位器；非接觸式電位器；傳感器技術(shù)；差動(dòng)式電感傳感器；運(yùn)算放大器AbstractPotentiomete is a resistor that can be adjusted according to the user who needs a variable resistance,it’s a widely used and generalpurpose electromechanical of the traditional potentiometes are contacttype ponent,there are many defects with order to overe these defects,the noncontact potentiometers are design is on the base of modern sensor a Profound understanding of the modern sensor technology,I use a suited sensor to achieveing the “noncontact”.Not only I analyse the theory,but also I think over the practical setting,I choose the differentialinductive sensors as the modulatory terminal,and mend the sensor circuit,so the stability and susceptiveness have improved.
