Recently, there are more than 7,000 items agricultural scientific and technological achievements every year in China, but a lot of those achievements do not e into productivity ability or applying in reality for many reasons. But the percent of transformation agricultural scientific and technological achievement is between 65% and 85% in developed country, and there is only 50% in our country. The contribution rate of agricultural scientific and technological progress is between 60% and 80% in developed country, and there is only 48% in our country in 2007. Now that, it has led to science and technology resource be left unused and dissipation, and restricted agriculture development. The main reason is lack of rational and effective mechanism to realize transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements, so it is necessary that the transformation mechanism and the transformation pattern of regional agricultural scientific and technological achievement be studied in a deep way.According to development economics, management science, agricultural technological extension science, and other relative transformation theory of agricultural scientific and technological achievements, by means of balance analysis bined with systematic analysis, theoretical analysis bined with demonstration analysis, as well as qualitative analysis bined with quantitative analysis,by the transformation process analysis of agricultural scientific and technological achievements, this paper definite the main body , object , acceptor and intermediary organ, as well as their function in agricultural scientific and technological achievement transformation system,this paper brought forward the macroscopic view factors and microcosmic factors in affecting transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements in our country. According to theory studying and practice working of transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievement in our country, based on the principles of system, science , parable and feasibility, this paper put forward ten index in mon appraising transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievement, select and use extension rate, average extension degree, average extension speed and inputoutput ratio to be carried out prehensive analysis and estimating in demonstration, so as to establish basis for quantitative analysis of appraisement of transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievement. Finally,this paper have put forward seven major kinds transformation mechanisms and patterns of agricultural scientific and technological achievement, which are suitable in our country.In order to embody union of theory and practice, make up insufficient defect of demonstration studying in transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievement, this paper theoretical analyzed and demonstrated the Taihang Mountains road which has been carried out by Hebei agricultural university.The main innovation of the thesis as bellows: (1) Innovation on research method, theory study bined with practice, balance analysis bined with systems analysis。 (2) Expounding the difference and connection among “transfer”, “transformation ”, “materialization” triple。 clarifying alias cognition in academic circles。 (3) By the process analysis of transformation, having deeply studied transformation and diffuses law of agricultural scientific and technological achievement, have analyzed the its restraint factor。 (4) have suggested the suitable index for appraising transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievement, and there are four index can be used for basic appraising index through demonstration analyzing, such as extension rate, average extension degree, average extension speed and inputoutput ratio。 (5) By analogy analyzing, seven major category with 19 kinds transformation patter
