【正文】 河南理工大學《組態(tài)軟件技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)》設(shè)計報告水位、水溫檢測系統(tǒng)姓 名： 學 號： 專業(yè)班級： 指導(dǎo)老師： 所在學院： 2012年7月 6 日摘要本設(shè)計是基于SIMATIC WinCC的水位水溫監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)，可以自動完成蓄水和排水功能，滿足工業(yè)生產(chǎn)過程中的需要。SIMATIC WinCC是第一個使用最新的32位技術(shù)的過程監(jiān)視系統(tǒng)，具有良好的開放性和靈活性。隨著科學技術(shù)的發(fā)展，工業(yè)生產(chǎn)過程的自動化水平越來越高，相應(yīng)的要求其控制界面也應(yīng)該越來越人性化和簡潔化，人們也逐漸意識到原有的上位機編程的開發(fā)方式。組態(tài)王軟件是一種通用的工業(yè)監(jiān)控軟件，它把過程控制設(shè)計、現(xiàn)場操作以及工廠資源管理與一體，實現(xiàn)最優(yōu)化管理。它基于Microsoft Windows XP/NT2000操作系統(tǒng)，用戶可以在企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的所有層次的各個位置上都可以獲得系統(tǒng)的實時信息。采用組態(tài)王軟件開發(fā)工業(yè)監(jiān)控工程，可以極大地增強用戶生產(chǎn)控制能力、提高工廠的生產(chǎn)力和效率、提高產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量、減少成本及原材料的消耗。它適用于從單一設(shè)備的生產(chǎn)運營管理和故障診斷，到網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)分布是大型集中監(jiān)控管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)。它以標準的工業(yè)計算機軟、硬件平臺構(gòu)成的集成系統(tǒng)取代傳統(tǒng)的封閉式系統(tǒng)。關(guān)鍵字：WinCC、組態(tài)王軟件、工業(yè)監(jiān)控 AbstractThis design is based on SIMATIC WinCC and water temperature control system, you can autoplete of water storage and drainage features, and meet the needs of industrial production processes.SIMATIC WinCC is the first process monitoring systems with the latest 32bit technology, openness and flexibility with good. Kingview software is a general industrial monitor software, it design, handson process control and plant resource management and integration, achieving optimal management. It is based on the Microsoft Windows XP/NT2000 operating system, the user can at all levels of the corporate network wherever it can get real time information system. Using the kingview software development industry to monitor the project, can greatly enhance user control, to improve productivity and efficiency, improve product quality, reduce costs and raw material consumption.
