哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)華德應(yīng)用技術(shù)學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) I 摘 要 溫度控制 是利用感溫 檢測 元件檢測 被測物的 溫度變化 ,再由溫度檢測電路控制 變化 值與預(yù)設(shè)值比較, 控制器在設(shè)定的上限溫度和下限溫度做出反 應(yīng) , 來控制 加熱器 、換氣電路和報(bào)警電路 的工作和停止 。本設(shè)計(jì)是 溫度 自動(dòng) 控制器是利用 熱敏電阻檢測 的原理而實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)。當(dāng)控制溫度升高時(shí), 電路自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)溫度 降低 同時(shí)換氣、報(bào)警電路起作用 ;當(dāng)控制溫度降低時(shí), 電路自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)溫度升高同時(shí)加熱、報(bào)警電路起作用。 使被控制的溫度達(dá)到和保持在所設(shè)定的溫度范圍內(nèi)。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 溫度控制 ; 熱敏電阻 ; 自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié) ; 哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)華德應(yīng)用技術(shù)學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) II ABSTRACT The temperature control is to use temperature measurement test is the temperature change of the object under test, then the temperature detection circuit control value and the change default values parison, controller of the upper limit of temperature and set in the lower temperature to reflect, to control the heater, air circuit and alarm circuit and design is automatic temperature controller is using thermistors detection principle and realization of automatic adjustment. When the control the temperature rises, automatic regulation circuit temperature by and take a breath, alarm circuit has an effect。 When the control temperature decreases, circuit automatically adjust the temperature and heating, alarm circuit work. That is the control of the temperature reached and kept in set temperature range.
