畢業(yè)設(shè)計 (論 文 ) 光纖 FP壓力傳感器 LCD顯示系統(tǒng)設(shè)計 系 別 自動化工程系 專業(yè) 名稱 自動化 班級 學(xué)號 5060134 學(xué)生 姓名 胡重陽 指導(dǎo)教師 于丁文 2022 年 6 月 12 日 東北大學(xué)秦皇島分校畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) 第 I 頁 光纖 FabryPerot壓力傳感器 LCD顯示系統(tǒng)設(shè)計 摘 要 隨著單片機與嵌 入式系統(tǒng)在我國使用的日益普及,單片機上使用漢字的要求也更加突出 。由于單片機的輸入輸出端口非常有限,所以單片機系統(tǒng)所用鍵盤電路中的按鍵數(shù)目是非常有限的,一般為 16 個,這就限制了單片機系統(tǒng)中大量信息的輸入。帶漢字字庫的液晶模塊的使用使得小容量 ROM 單片機的大量漢字信息輸入與顯示成為可能。本文采用了以 ST7920 控制器的帶漢字字庫的液晶顯示模塊,為小容量 ROM 單片機的大批量漢字信息處理提供了一種漢字輸入解決方案。 光纖傳感技術(shù)由于具有抗干擾能力強、本質(zhì)安全、可測量量多、測量動態(tài)范圍大、可遠(yuǎn) 程監(jiān)測等優(yōu)點,在光纖技術(shù)發(fā)展起來后就立即引起了眾多研究人員的興趣。光纖 FabryPerot(FP)傳感器是技術(shù)最為成熟、應(yīng)用最為廣泛的光纖傳感器之一 。 本文研發(fā)了以 STC89C52RC 單片機為控制芯片,以 DS1302 為時鐘芯片,保證顯示器在掉電的情況下也可以正確顯示日期,以 ST7920 系列液晶控制器為用戶顯示器,通過串口和并口通信的合理應(yīng)用,將接收到的光纖傳感器壓力 數(shù)據(jù) 經(jīng)過數(shù)據(jù)處理,正確的顯示在液晶顯示屏上。 關(guān)鍵詞 :光纖 FP 壓力傳感器,單片機,串口通信,時鐘芯片,液晶顯示器 東北大學(xué)秦皇島分校畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) 第 II 頁 Fiber FabryPerot Pressure Sensor LCD Display System Author: Hu Chongyang Tutor:Yu Dingwen Abstract With the MCU and embedded systems bee increasingly popular for use in China, MCU demands the use of Chinese characters more prominent. As the microcontroller input and output ports is very limited, so MCU system using the number keys in the keyboard circuit is very limited, generally 16, which limits the SCM system, a lot of information input. Optical Fiber Sensor Technology With strong antiinterference, intrinsic safety, measurable quantity, measurement dynamic range, can the advantages of remote monitoring in optical fiber technology developed after the immediately aroused the interest of many researchers. Fiber FabryPerot (FP) sensor is the most mature technology, the most widely used one optical fiber sensors, and small and medium size liquid crystal display high level of integration provides a lowpower, low price, small size, singlechip solution.
