本 科 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計(jì)(論文) 題 目: 成都 — 青島輸氣管道工程初步設(shè)計(jì) 學(xué)生姓名: 學(xué) 號(hào): 專(zhuān)業(yè)班級(jí):油氣儲(chǔ)運(yùn)工程 095班 指導(dǎo)教師: 2022年 6月 17日中國(guó)石油大學(xué)(華東)本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 成都 — 青島輸氣管道工程初步設(shè)計(jì) 摘 要 本工程項(xiàng)目的主要內(nèi)容是成都 —— 青島輸氣管道的設(shè)計(jì),設(shè)計(jì)要求任務(wù)輸氣量為220108m3/a,全長(zhǎng) 1894km。 本論文主要采用計(jì)算法確定輸氣方案,計(jì)算出在不同設(shè)計(jì)壓力、管徑、壓比情況下的方案后,根據(jù)費(fèi)用 現(xiàn)值法比較確定最優(yōu)方案。經(jīng)過(guò)計(jì)算比較,確定全線確定最優(yōu)方案為設(shè)計(jì)壓力 12MPa,壓力比 ,管壁外徑 1422mm,管材選用雙面螺旋埋弧焊鋼管,不用內(nèi)涂層,管壁粗糙度取 。建工藝站場(chǎng) 11 座(包括一座首站,一座末站),全線管路耗鋼量 ,固定資產(chǎn)投資 億元 。 本工程主要采用的試算法能夠比較好的解決此類(lèi)工程項(xiàng)目問(wèn)題,采用的費(fèi)用現(xiàn)值法計(jì)算投資費(fèi)用亦能很好的估算項(xiàng)目經(jīng)濟(jì)性,此設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)于輸氣長(zhǎng)輸管道工程項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)具有很好的指導(dǎo)作用。 關(guān)鍵詞 :長(zhǎng)輸管道;計(jì)算法;費(fèi)用現(xiàn)值 中國(guó)石油大學(xué)(華東)本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) The design of the gas pipeline project from Chengdu to Qingdao Abstract The main work of this project is the design of the gas pipeline project from Chengdu to Qingdao . The required gas transmission capacity annually is 220108m3/a,and the distance is overall 1849km. This thesis mainly determines plans of gas transmission by adopting the trial calculation method and program to calculate plans under different design pressure and inside diameter of pipe, and try to find the best plan through Present Value Cost method. Though calculation and parison of different plans, it is determined that 11 process stations ( including a primary station, an end station ) should be built. On this case ,the design pressure is 12MPa,pressure ratio is ,and the wall diameter is overall gas transmission pipeline will consume steel of ,and needs investment of 1010 yuan. The trial calculation method adapted in this thesis can effectively solve this kind of engineering project, and Present Value Cost method can also estimate the economics of different plans. This thesis has a guiding effect on construction of project of long gas transmission pipelines.
