單相電機(jī)的使用很廣泛,在生活生產(chǎn)的應(yīng)用中是很大的一方面。在當(dāng)今中國(guó),單相電機(jī)的應(yīng)用特別是在農(nóng)村中非常之普遍,而中國(guó)農(nóng)村的比重很大,因而對(duì)于單相電機(jī)的研究很有現(xiàn)實(shí)價(jià)值。單相電容電機(jī)因具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單 ,成本低廉 ,運(yùn)行可靠 ,維修方便等一系列優(yōu)點(diǎn) ,已廣泛應(yīng)用于家用電器和各行各業(yè)的小功率驅(qū)動(dòng)中。本次主要以電機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)為主,其中包括電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)軸、軸承的設(shè)計(jì) 與選擇,以及二者之間的公差與配合,有關(guān)端蓋的設(shè)計(jì)主要包括端蓋的材料的選擇以及端蓋的厚度以及附加部件的設(shè)計(jì)。機(jī)殼主要是采用拉伸件,可以在機(jī)殼的外表面設(shè)計(jì)成散熱筋的形式,設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程采用 UL1004 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。風(fēng)葉和風(fēng)罩的設(shè)計(jì)主要是材料的選擇和形狀的設(shè)計(jì)以及與電機(jī)的機(jī)殼和端蓋的配合。端子板的主要是便于引線的連接 ,本設(shè)計(jì)還主要包括電機(jī)的型式試驗(yàn)以及噪聲與振動(dòng)試驗(yàn)。 關(guān)鍵詞 :?jiǎn)蜗嚯姍C(jī) ,電容
