【正文】 中國東盟成員國貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)變化研究 第 I 頁 摘 要 2022年 11月 6 日，在文萊首都斯里巴加灣中國和東盟領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人達成了“ 10年內(nèi)建成中國 — 東盟自由貿(mào)易區(qū)”的協(xié)議。這一協(xié)議的簽署意義重大，必將對中國與東盟國家經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生深遠的影響。這一影響主要體現(xiàn)在以下幾個方面：雙邊貿(mào)易、商品結(jié)構(gòu)、投資和對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整。 本文主要以中國與東盟經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀為基礎(chǔ)，通過對大量數(shù)據(jù)的計算和模型的應(yīng)用，分析了中國 — 東盟自由貿(mào)易區(qū)建成后，中國與東盟國家間貿(mào)易的整體水平和現(xiàn)實結(jié)構(gòu) — 商品結(jié)構(gòu)、國家結(jié)構(gòu)、產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)貿(mào)易集中的行業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)，揭示中國與東盟國家貿(mào)易并不是單純逐步從產(chǎn)業(yè) 間貿(mào)易走向產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)貿(mào)易的發(fā)展趨勢， 而是不同的國家出現(xiàn)了不同的發(fā)展趨勢：中國與新、馬、泰、菲、印尼等國的貿(mào)易出現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)貿(mào)易日趨擴大的走向，而中國與文萊、新東盟四國之間的貿(mào)易主要還是建立在資源稟賦差異基礎(chǔ)上的產(chǎn)業(yè)間互補貿(mào)易。 全文共分為六章：第一章介紹本文的研究現(xiàn)狀、研究方法和研究思路；第二章重點論述了本文在探討中國與東盟成員國貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)變化所依據(jù)的相關(guān)貿(mào)易理論，為分析雙邊產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)和產(chǎn)業(yè)間貿(mào)易的特征和原因做好理論鋪墊；第三章通過大量年度統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)的分類分析、計算比較來總結(jié)中國 — 東盟雙邊經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系在近 15年的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，運 用顯示性比較優(yōu)勢指數(shù) RCA 對中國東盟目前貿(mào)易現(xiàn)狀以及貿(mào)易特點進行比較分析；第四章運用詳盡的貿(mào)易專業(yè)化指數(shù) NTB 和貿(mào)易結(jié)合度指數(shù)IITij對中國與東盟各國在自由貿(mào)易區(qū)建立過程當(dāng)中所發(fā)生的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變化，貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)變化進行實證分析；第五章輔以實例對第四章實證分析展開論證；第六章為今后中國東盟雙邊經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系應(yīng)如何實現(xiàn)互惠雙贏提出有益的建議。 關(guān)鍵詞： 中國東盟、合作現(xiàn)狀、貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)、前景中國東盟成員國貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)變化研究 第 II 頁 CHINAASEAN MEMBERS TRADE STRUCTURE STUDY ABSTRACT On 6 leaders of China and ASEAN reached the agreement of to establish ChinaASEAN Free Trade Area in ten years in Brunei. The signature of this agreement has significant meaning, which is bound to cause deep effect on economic and trade relations between China and ASEAN. This effect mainly reflects the following aspects： bilateral trade、 structure of merchandise, investment, and the adjustment of industry structure. Based on the present situation of China and ASEAN39。s economic and trade relations, this paper quantitatively analyses the effect of ChinaASEAN Free Trade Area on China and ASEAN39。s economic and trade relations by calculating related data and applying models. And sum that the trade relation between China and ASEAN is not purely transfer from extratrade to intratrade. So we find the conclusion that we should carry intratrade with Singapore、 Malaysia and Thailand , carry extratrade with new ASEAN four countries. This paper contains six sections: introduce background of research, study methods and ideas。 focuses on related economic theories which provide the standard differentiate intertrade and extratrade。 by annual statistics ,we are doing lots of calculating and paring, which lead I gain the use the RCA(Revealed Comparative Advantage) to analyze china and ASEAN actual trade and pare with former performance。 doing demonstration analyze by NTB(Normalized trade Balassa) and IITij(intertrade ) index for the industry structure and trade structure change。 by the assistant of practical example to demonstrate statistical analyze。 propose constructive suggestions in order to achieve reciprocal and twowin relationship for china and ASEAN.
