成都理工大學(xué)工程技術(shù)學(xué)院畢業(yè)論文 基于 PLC 的消防給水泵 控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計 作者姓名 : 古曉龍 專業(yè)名稱 : 電子測量技術(shù)與儀器 指導(dǎo)老師 : 閆智武 講師基于 PLC 的消防給水泵控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計 II 摘 要 現(xiàn)在,城市火災(zāi)、森林火災(zāi)出現(xiàn)的頻率較高,怎樣才能減少損失,消防部門責(zé)任較大,因此研究高效能的消防給水泵控制系統(tǒng)可以減少財產(chǎn)損失,具有一定的實際應(yīng)用價值。 本論文敘述了用西門子 S7200 型 PLC 實現(xiàn)對消防水泵知道控制的方法。用 PLC實現(xiàn)對消防水泵的控制,簡化系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)和配線,提高了系統(tǒng)的可靠性 ,并且增加了傳統(tǒng)繼電器控制系統(tǒng)無法實現(xiàn)的定期主備互投和自動測試功能。 本文介紹了以可編程邏輯控制器為核心的控制系統(tǒng),并對其工作原理、硬件設(shè)計、軟件設(shè)計進行重點闡述,從而對傳統(tǒng)的消防給水泵系統(tǒng)進行改造,可以有效的解決以前系統(tǒng)故障率高、可靠性差、能源浪費嚴重等一系列問題。同時,系統(tǒng)具有自動和手動兩種控制方式,便于對系統(tǒng)進行維護修理,提高效率,實現(xiàn)自動化消防給水。 日用消防水泵房控制系統(tǒng)采用計算機控制技術(shù),核心部分采用西門子 S7200 型PLC, PLC 對泵運行的各工藝參數(shù)進行采集、處理,實現(xiàn)泵與泵、閘閥等 設(shè)備之間閉鎖,并可通過設(shè)于 PLC對泵運行的各工藝參數(shù)進行采集、處理,實現(xiàn)泵與泵、閘閥等設(shè)備之間閉鎖,并可通過設(shè)于印,顯示故障顯示等集中管理。上位機配有與上級管理系統(tǒng)通訊的接口,可與礦局域網(wǎng)相連使上級管理系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)對日用消防水泵房的監(jiān)控。當(dāng)調(diào)試、現(xiàn)場檢修或集控系統(tǒng)出現(xiàn)故障時,可由就地按鈕箱上按鈕操作。 關(guān)鍵詞: PLC 消防給水泵 自動控制 基于 PLC 的消防給水泵控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計 III Abstract Now, the city fire, forest fires will appear the frequency is higher, how to reduce losses, fire departments responsibility, so the study of efficient large fire pump control system can reduce property losses, and has certain practical values. control system’s work principle, the hardware design and software design. In this paper,The author descripts how to use Siemens S7200 PLC to contorl firefighting PLC can simplifiy the system structure,make the system more reliable,and proform fixed period main/backup pump switching and automatic testing that can never be realized before. Daily fire water pumping house control system adopts puter control technology, the core part adopts panasonic Siemens S7200 type of PLC, PLC of pump operation of various parameters on acquisition, processing, realize pump and pump, gate valve closure, and equipment through between set in the pump running PLC in various process parameters for acquisition, processing, realize pump and pump, gate valve closure, and equipment through between located in print, shows fault display centralized management. PC with superior management system and munication with the interface, and ore lans make superior management system to realize the fire water pump in daily monitoring.
