本科畢業(yè)論文(設計) 題 目 蘭石公司生產車間布局設計改善 學 院 管理學院 專 業(yè) 工業(yè)工程 班 級 級01班 學 號 學生姓名 指導教師 完成日期 2014425 二〇一三年 五月西安思源學院本科畢業(yè)論文(設計)中文摘要本文是以蘭石公司為例,進行該公司生產車間的系統(tǒng)布置設計改善。主要對蘭石公司的各生產系統(tǒng)生產設備類型進行調研,對產品品種的調研,分析生產產品的物流量的基礎上,運用SLP 法進行企業(yè)總平面布置改善。本論文結合了企業(yè)擬搬遷的實際情況,經調查核實搬遷后的占地面積與現(xiàn)有廠房車間的面積大小一致。首先對各作業(yè)單位的相互關系進行分析,其中包括物流和非物流的相互關系,通過分析得出作業(yè)單位相互關系表,然后再根據相互關系表,得出作業(yè)單位的密切程度關系,依據作業(yè)單位的密切關系安排各作業(yè)單位間的位置,再繪制出作業(yè)單位位置相關圖,最后將作業(yè)單位位置相關圖與各個單位的實際面積結合起來,得到可行的備選方案,再采用加權因素對新方案與原始工廠布置方案進行評價擇優(yōu),選出最佳方案。本次課題可以對公司搬遷后新建提供有力的幫助。 關鍵詞: 系統(tǒng)布置設計(SLP) 生產設施規(guī)劃 改善 布置方案Abstract This article is blue pany, for example, the pany39。s production plant layout design improvement.
