【正文】 本科畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計(jì))題 目： 小區(qū)物業(yè)管理系統(tǒng) 摘 要隨著市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和人們生活水平的提高，住宅小區(qū)已經(jīng)成為人們安家置業(yè)的首選，小區(qū)業(yè)主不但對(duì)住宅的本身的美觀、質(zhì)量要求越來(lái)越高，同時(shí)對(duì)小區(qū)物業(yè)的服務(wù)和管理也要求較高。論文簡(jiǎn)單介紹了系統(tǒng)的相關(guān)知識(shí)及涉及技術(shù)，詳細(xì)地介紹了“小區(qū)物業(yè)管理系統(tǒng)”課題開(kāi)發(fā)的整個(gè)過(guò)程，包括需求分析、總體設(shè)計(jì)、模塊劃分及實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程等方面的內(nèi)容，最后分析總結(jié)了系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中遇到的問(wèn)題及解決辦法。系統(tǒng)使用Jsp網(wǎng)絡(luò)編程技術(shù)，前臺(tái)采用Myeclipse開(kāi)發(fā)環(huán)境，后臺(tái)采用Mysql數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)為開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái)，采用Navicat數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)輔助軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的管理。系統(tǒng)主要實(shí)現(xiàn)了用戶信息管理、系統(tǒng)消息的查詢與管理，物業(yè)費(fèi)用的查詢與管理等功能模塊，界面直觀，操作簡(jiǎn)單方便。關(guān)鍵詞：小區(qū)物業(yè) JSP技術(shù) Mysql數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù) ABSTRACTAlong with the market economy development and the people living standard enhancement, the residential district already became the people settled down set industry the first choice, the plot owner to the housing itself artistically, the quality requirement is more and more high, simultaneously also requested to the plot property service and the management high. This system uses Jsp network programming technology, the frontend develop uses Myeclipse development environment, the backend develop using the MySQL database as a development platform. The system mainly achieves the selfinformation management, the vehicle information management, user information management and order information management.
