廣州大學松田學院 畢業(yè)論文(設計) 題 目 基于 PLC 的五層電梯控制系統(tǒng)設計 二○一三 年 六 月 基于 PLC 的五層電梯控制系統(tǒng)設計 摘 要 隨著現(xiàn)代城市的發(fā)展,高層建筑日益增多,電梯成為人們日常生活必不可少的代步工具。而國內的電梯絕大部分是繼電器控制,線路復雜,節(jié)點接線多,故障率高,系統(tǒng)結構龐大,能耗較高,機械動作噪音大,嚴重地影響電梯運行質量。隨著 PLC的發(fā)展,性能不斷完善,它對電梯也有非常大的幫助。本設計利用 PLC 實現(xiàn)了電梯的指層控制、轎內與各層廳站呼梯指令的記 錄、電梯運行方向和停靠的層站的控制,自動運行和自動開關門等功能。該系統(tǒng)具有先進、可靠、經濟的特色。該電梯控制系統(tǒng)具有手動和自動的功能,并且具有指層、廳召喚、選層、選向等功能。 關鍵詞: 電梯, PLC,控制 Design of Fivestorey Elevator Control System Based on PLC Abstract With the development of modern cities, an increasing number of highrise building, elevator bee an indispensable means of transport of daily life. But,the elevator most controls by the relay domestically and plex wiring, more node in the wiring, the high failure rate, the system structure is large, high energy consumption, mechanical movement noise and seriously affect the quality of elevator the developing of the PLC, it constantly improves the performance, so it has very much help to the the PLC,these modules achieve the functions:fingering out the location of the cabin, registering the instructions from the cabin and the station hall. choosing the direction and the station of elevator follow these instructions, operating elevator and door automatically, and other system has advanced, reliable and economic characteristics. The elevator control system has the drivers to run the operation and no drivers or manual and automatic functions, and has means layer, called the Office of the election story, election to the functions.
