內(nèi)蒙古科技大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說明書 摘 要 根據(jù)任務(wù)書要求,本次設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)為日處理量為 80萬 t/a 的黃沙坪鉛鋅選礦廠,產(chǎn)品為鉛精礦、鋅精礦。 設(shè)計(jì)詳細(xì)介紹了黃沙坪選礦廠的基本情況和礦石的性質(zhì),確定了車間工作制度,進(jìn)行了流程選擇計(jì)與論證。最終確定采用三段一閉路破碎流程,磨礦采用一段閉路流程,選別采用部分等可浮浮選流程,精礦采用二段脫水流程。接著對破碎、篩分、磨礦、分級、選別、濃縮和過濾等作業(yè)進(jìn)行流程計(jì)算和設(shè)備選擇與計(jì)算,并對其設(shè)備選擇進(jìn)行方案比較。根據(jù)選礦廠的地形條件,廠房總體布置采用階梯式配置,粗碎和中細(xì)碎廠房分廠房配置,檢查篩分廠房獨(dú) 立配置,磨礦與浮選車間共廠房配置,濃縮與過濾車間分開配置,濃縮采用露天配置。 本設(shè)計(jì)繪制了破碎、篩分、磨浮、脫水車間平斷面圖;設(shè)備聯(lián)系圖;數(shù)質(zhì)量礦漿流程圖共 9 張。 關(guān)鍵詞 :選礦廠設(shè)計(jì),鉛鋅礦,部分等可浮流程 II Abstract By following the assignment, my work is to design an 90t/a leadzinc concentrators with lead concentrate and zinc concentrate as it `s products. Firstly,I choose the address of the concentrators and then introduce the basic condition of Huang Sha Ping leadzinc concentrators and .I choose and demonstrate the process after confirming the workshop’s ,the process of crushing is three sections with one closed circuit。the grinding take the one section closed dressing takes process of partly selective flotation in the leadzinc takes two sections circuit with concentrate and crushing,screening,grinding,classification,oredressing, concentration and filter are to several different programs,the minneral processing equipments are confirmed to the topography of Huang Sha Ping,workshops are arranged step by crushing is arranged in a unique workshop separated form the mid and fine screening workshop is unique too. There are ten design drawings contained in my work include the tabulate and sectional drawings of crushing,grinding,dewatering。the connection of equipment there is one drawing maken by hand and the others are drawed by puter with AutoCAD.
