為了更好的實(shí)現(xiàn)抽油機(jī)長沖程采油的目的,在滿足油田采油工藝要求的前提下,設(shè)計(jì)了齒輪齒條傳動抽油機(jī)。該抽油機(jī)的動力系統(tǒng)采用 KCT 系列變頻調(diào)速電動機(jī) ,省去了 正反轉(zhuǎn)電動機(jī)軟起動 控制 器 ,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)傳動裝置的的頻繁正反轉(zhuǎn),從而提高了了傳動的穩(wěn)定性;并且本抽油機(jī)采用超級電容的原理,對其進(jìn)行了平衡設(shè)計(jì),平衡效果較常規(guī)抽油機(jī)有明顯的改善,更加簡單的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)際中的應(yīng)用。抽油桿采用抗拉強(qiáng)度高,密度小的碳纖維連續(xù)抽油桿,減輕了重量,增加了抽油量,但碳纖維抽油桿不能受到壓力作用。與一般抽油機(jī)相比,齒輪齒條抽油機(jī)具有易安裝,直接驅(qū)動,采油效率高,適于開采稠油及深井采油(如陜北地區(qū)油田),發(fā)展該型抽油機(jī)對當(dāng)前老油田高含水井后期的開采減緩產(chǎn)量遞減速度,開采 稠油、低滲透等油田的“難動用儲量”,以及沙漠油田深井及超深井的機(jī)械開采等,在人力資源,環(huán)保等多方面都是有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義的。本抽油機(jī)的使用將會使我國許多油田在增加原油產(chǎn)量的同時降低耗能,有著十分重要的意義。 關(guān)鍵詞 :抽油機(jī), 長沖程 , 齒輪齒條 Design and analysis of rack and
