【正文】 成人高等教育 畢業(yè)設(shè)計（論文） 題 目 眼科 醫(yī)院員工激勵 問題初探 學(xué) 院 管理學(xué)院 專 業(yè) 工商管理 年 級 專升本 (08151066231) 姓 名 劉韜 指導(dǎo)教師 何瓊雋 （ 2022 年 6 月） 廣東工業(yè)大學(xué)繼續(xù)教育學(xué)院 制 I 摘 要 醫(yī) 院的激勵措施是現(xiàn)代醫(yī)院人力資源管理的重點，也是現(xiàn)代醫(yī)院管理理論體系中的一個重要組成部份。醫(yī)院管理的實質(zhì)，就是把“人”作為現(xiàn)代醫(yī)院 管理活動的主體，并積極主張大力利用和開發(fā)醫(yī)院的資源，通過有效的 激勵措施提高對醫(yī)院人力資源管理進(jìn)而來達(dá)到實現(xiàn)醫(yī)院建設(shè)和發(fā)展的目標(biāo)。本文以眼科醫(yī)院為對象，研究了醫(yī)院中存在的員工激勵方面的問題，分析導(dǎo)致問題出現(xiàn)的原因，運用理論來解決員工激勵的相關(guān)問題，從而保證醫(yī)院能夠長久健康的發(fā)展下去。 本文首先介紹人力資源管理中激勵的理論的相關(guān)理論，提出眼科醫(yī)院中存在的員工激勵方面的問題，運用激勵相關(guān) 理論對存在的問題進(jìn)行分析，找出了導(dǎo)致醫(yī)院員工激勵出現(xiàn)問題的原因，進(jìn)而提出解決眼科醫(yī)院員工激勵問題的對策。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： 員工激勵 ， 管理 ， 眼科 醫(yī)院 II Abstract Incentives for hospitals is the modern human resource management focus, is the theoretical system of modern hospital management is an important ponent. Essence of hospital management, is to people as the subject of modern hospital management activities, and actively advocate strongly the use and development of hospital resources, through effective measures to raise the motivation of human resources management of the hospital and then to achieve the realization of the hospital building and development target. In this paper, as the object Eye Hospital, studied the existing hospital staff motivation problems, analyze the causes leading to problems using the theory to address issues related to employee motivation, to ensure longterm healthy development of the hospital can continue. This paper introduces the motivation of human resources management in the theory of correlation theory, Eye Hospital in the presence of staff motivation problems, related to the use of incentive theory to analyze problems, identify the problems leading to hospital staff incentive reasons, then Eye Hospital staff motivation propose solutions to the problem of countermeasures.
