聚丙烯腈 纖維的生產(chǎn)工藝 摘要 : 本文 綜述了聚丙烯腈基炭 纖維 的 國內(nèi)外市場 和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀 , 碳纖維及其復合材料的應(yīng)用進展,詳細介紹了碳纖維生產(chǎn)工藝,包括原絲制備、預(yù)氧化、碳化的一些新進展, 指出了當前國內(nèi)炭纖維與國外產(chǎn)品的差距。并就當前我國炭纖維的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀給出了具體的應(yīng)對措施,對發(fā)展我國炭纖維工業(yè)具有一定的指導意義 。 關(guān)鍵詞: 聚丙烯腈 ;碳纖維 ;應(yīng)用 ;生產(chǎn)工藝 Abstract Polyacrylonitrile based carbon fibers at home and abroad was reviewed in this paper the market and development status of carbon fibers and the progress of the application of posite materials, carbon fiber production technology was introduced in detail, including the original yarn preparation, oxidation and carbonization of some new progress, points out the current domestic carbon fiber gap with foreign the current status of the development of carbon fibers in China are given specific measures, for the development of carbon fiber industry in China has certain guiding significance. Key words: polyacrylonitrile。Carbon fiber。Application。The production process 前言 碳纖維是一種以聚丙烯腈( PAN) 、瀝青、粘膠纖維等為原料,經(jīng)預(yù)氧化、碳化、石墨化工藝而制得的含碳量大于 90%的高強、高模、耐高溫特種纖維 [1].。 PAN 基碳纖維生產(chǎn)工藝簡單、產(chǎn)品綜合性好,因而發(fā)展很快,產(chǎn)量占到 90%以上,成為最主要的品種。碳纖維具有高強度、高模量、低密度、耐高溫、耐腐蝕、耐摩擦、導電、導熱、膨脹系數(shù)小、減震等優(yōu)異性能, 尤其聚丙烯腈基 ACF(PAN~ ACF)中含有氮,對硫系和氮
