【正文】 肺手太陰之脈：起于 中焦，下絡大腸，還循胃口（胃上口），上膈屬肺。從肺系，橫出腋下，下循 臑 （上臂）內，行少陰，心主之前，下肘中，循臂內上骨（橈骨），入寸口，上魚，循魚際，出大指之端（內側端）。 一、手太陰肺經(jīng) 1 The Lung Channel of HandTaiyin 1) The Main Course of the Channel Pertains to the lung, links up to the large intestine Mainly runs along the anterior border of the medial aspect of the upper arm. 2) Principal Indications Diseases of the chest and lung : . cough, asthma, chest pain。 Disease of the regions along the course of this channel 尺澤 定位： 肘橫紋中， 肱二 頭肌腱 橈側 主治： 咳嗽 ,氣喘 , 咯血 ,肘臂痛 操作： 直刺 寸 列缺 定位： 橈骨莖突上方， 腕橫紋上 主治 : 頭痛，項強， 咳喘，手腕無 力 操作： 向肘部斜刺 3) Points Commonly Used Chize (L 5) LOCATION On the cubital crease, near the radial border of the tendon of m. biceps brachii. This point is located with the elbow slightly flexed. INDICATION Cough, hemoptysis, sore throat, fullness in the chest, the pain of the elbow and arm. Lieque (L 7) LOCATION Superior to the styloid process of the radius, cun above the transverse crease of the wrist INDICATION Headache, cough, stuffy nose, sore throat, toothache and weakness of the wrist. 二、手陽明大腸經(jīng) 起于 大指次指 之端，循 指上廉 ，出 合谷兩骨 之 間，上入 兩筋 之中，循 臂上廉 ，入 肘外廉 ，上 臑外前廉，上肩，出 髃 骨 之前廉，上出于 柱骨 之會 上，下入 缺盆 ，絡 肺，下膈，屬大腸。 其支者，從缺盆上頸， 貫頰，入下齒中；還出 挾口， 交人中 ，左之右， 右之左，上 挾鼻孔 2 The Large Intestine Channel of HandYangming 1) The Main Course of the Channel Pertains to the large intestine, links up to the lung Mainly runs along the anterior border of the lateral aspect of the upper limb 2) Principal Indications Diseases of the head, face, five sense ans and throat。 other diseases in the regions along the course of this channel 3) Points Commonly Used 合谷 定位：手背，第一、 二掌骨之間，約平 第二掌骨中點處。 主治： 1）頭面部疾?。? 頭痛、齒痛、面癱 2）大腸經(jīng)本經(jīng)病變： 腹痛、便秘 3）雙相調節(jié)：熱病 無汗，多汗 4）特異性：痛經(jīng)， 滯產(chǎn) 操作：直刺 。 孕婦禁針。 曲池： 定位： 屈肘，成直角， 當肘橫紋外端 與肱骨外上髁 連線的中點。 主治： 上肢不遂，手 臂腫痛，腹痛 吐瀉 操作： 直刺 Hegu (LI 4) LOCATION On the dorsum of the hand, between the 1st and 2nd metacarpal bones, in
