本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 2020t/d 生活污水處理工程設(shè)計(jì) 學(xué) 院 環(huán)境科學(xué)與工程 專 業(yè) 環(huán)境工程 年級(jí)班別 03 級(jí)環(huán)境工程( 1)班 學(xué) 號(hào) 3103000257 學(xué)生姓名 鐘志強(qiáng) 指導(dǎo)教師 張祥丹 2020 年 6 月 11 日 設(shè)計(jì)總說(shuō)明 隨著城市化速度的加快和生活水平的提高,城市生活污水的排放量也逐年增加。城市生活污水污染物含量主要 是有機(jī)物,如淀粉、脂肪、蛋白質(zhì)、纖維素、糖類、礦物油等,其中 CODcr、 BODs、 TKN(凱氏氮)、 TN、 TP 也較高。 目前我國(guó)城市污水處理普遍采用活性污泥、氧化溝、 SBR 和 AB 法等。 本設(shè)計(jì)為小區(qū)污水處理工程,具有排放量小,可生化性好,含有相當(dāng)濃度的 N和 P,排放上具有間歇性和不穩(wěn)定性等特點(diǎn),故選擇 SBR法處理工藝。 SBR法工藝流程簡(jiǎn)單、造價(jià)低,主體設(shè)備只有一個(gè)序批式間歇反應(yīng)器,無(wú)二沉池、污泥回流系統(tǒng),初沉池也可省略,布置緊湊、占地面積省,可根據(jù)水質(zhì)、水量情況靈活運(yùn)行,具有良好的脫氮除磷效果。而生活小區(qū)土地面 積有限,景觀要求高。通過(guò)采用 SBR法處理小區(qū)生活污水,處理效果好, COD、 BOD、 SS、 TNP和 NH3一 N去除率分別達(dá)到 %、 %、 % 、 %和 % ,且都達(dá)到 GB8978— 1996中一級(jí)排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 本設(shè)計(jì)要求處理水量為 2020m3/d。原水進(jìn)水水質(zhì)如下: BOD=200mg/L, COD=400mg/L, SS=200 mg/L, pH=~ , NH3N=40mg/L,磷酸鹽為 5 毫克 /升。要求經(jīng)過(guò)主要處理設(shè)備處理后,出水水質(zhì)參數(shù)如下: BOD5≤ 20mg/L , SS≤ 60mg/L, COD≤ 90mg/L, pH= 6~9, NH3N ≤ 10mg/l。 關(guān)鍵詞 : SBR,生 活污水 ,水處理 General Information of Design With the acceleration of the pace of urbanation and the improvement of the living standards, the urban sewage water emissions are increasing year by year. The main pollutants in city sewage is in anic matter, such as starch, fat, protein, cellulose, sugar, mineral oils, which CODcr, BOD, TKN (Kjeldahl nitrogen), TN, TP is also higher. China39。s urban sewage treatment widely used activated sludge, oxidation ditch, SBR and AB process. The design of the district sewage treatment works with small emissions, biodegradability, and contain significant concentrations of N and P, Emission is intermittent and stability characteristics, so choose SBR technological process and cost of construction are the features of SBR. Sequencing batch reactor is its main equipment, the equipment of return ~ udge and primary settling tank is omitted. It has fl co mpact structure and flexibility of operation base on the basis of the amount of sewage and sewage quality. The removal efficiency of nitrogen and phosphorus is very good. But the land of habitat is finite, so we used applied to treat the domestic sewage of habitat. These results showed that high quality of effluent could be obtained by the means of SBR, and the removal efficiency of COD, BOD,SS, TNP and NH3- N were % , % , % , % and % respectively. The effluent water quality meets GB8978— 1996 I standard.
