【正文】 I 山西農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)信息學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 分類號(hào) TG/TH12 學(xué)號(hào) 2021022520 學(xué)校代碼 13535 密級(jí) 內(nèi)部 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說明書 圓筒拉伸設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì) 學(xué)位申請(qǐng)人 : 學(xué) 科 專 業(yè) : 機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)制造及其自動(dòng)化 指 導(dǎo) 教 師 : 答 辯 日 期 : 二〇一四年五月二十四日 II 山西農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)信息學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 摘 要 沖壓是一種先進(jìn)的金屬加工方式,它是建立在金屬塑性變形的基礎(chǔ)上,使用模具和沖壓設(shè)備對(duì)板料金屬進(jìn)行加工 ,從而得到所需要的零件形狀和尺寸。沖壓具備生產(chǎn)率高、產(chǎn)品尺寸精度穩(wěn)定、操作簡單、加工成本低、材料利用率高、容易實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)械化和自動(dòng)化等一系列優(yōu)點(diǎn),特別適合于大量生產(chǎn)。本文首先論敘了我國目前沖壓模具制造技術(shù)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。正文主要是根據(jù)零件的生產(chǎn)技術(shù)要求,設(shè)計(jì)了相應(yīng)的模具。因?yàn)榘辶?、設(shè)備和模具是構(gòu)成沖壓加工的三個(gè)必要因素,此三要素是沖壓所必要的硬件條件,再通過人們的對(duì)他們?cè)谟袡C(jī)地協(xié)調(diào),包括進(jìn)行合理的工藝性設(shè)計(jì)、計(jì)算以有效的組織管理。 內(nèi)容主要包括:拉深原理分析、拉深工藝分析、模具結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算。在設(shè) 計(jì)中充分利用了計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì) (CAD/CAM):用 AutoCAD2021 繪制了所有零件圖和裝配圖。在整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)過程中,分性零件加工工藝和模具的設(shè)計(jì)是同樣的重要,同時(shí)模具是為實(shí)際生產(chǎn)所服務(wù),所以,設(shè)計(jì)出來的模具結(jié)構(gòu)不但要可行,即達(dá)到預(yù)期目的,而且要讓工人操作起來簡單方便,另外還要盡量少花錢,即經(jīng)濟(jì)性。模具零件材料則大多取用常用材料,以減少成本。該模具易于制造,可在普通沖床上使用,適合在生產(chǎn)中推廣應(yīng)用。 關(guān)鍵詞: 模具;沖壓;拉深;結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì) 山西農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)信息學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) II Abstract Stamping is a kind of advanced metal processing method, it establishes on the metal foundation with deformed plasticity , processes using mould and stamping equipment for board material metal in order to get the element shape and size needed. It is been productivity high that stamping has , product size precision stabilize and operate simple , finished cost low , overall material utilization factor high, easy realization a series of advantages such as mechanization and automation, suit plenty of productions especially. This text talks about our country pressing molding tool manufacturing technical present condition and the development trends currently. This article is mainly according to the requirements of the parts production technology, design the corresponding mold. Because board material, equipment and mould are the 3 necessary factors that form stamping processing , 3 this essential factors is stamping the hardware condition of place necessity, know again surpass Men for them in coordinate anicly, include carrying out reasonable technology design and calculation so as effective anization manages. Which content includes mainly :The priciple analysis of Drawing ,the technical analysis for Drawing ,design and calculate for the die structure. There have fully utilized CAD in the design [CAD/CAM]:Have drawn all part pictures and installation diagrams with Auto CAD 2021. In entire design course , the design of minute element processing technology and mould is same and important, at the same time, mould is to serve actual production place , so, the mould structure that devised will be not only feasible , reaches expected purpose and to let worker operating and simple, convenience is as far as possible few additionally to spend money, economy. In the interest of reducing cost,Most materials of mould accessory are choicing the usual material .This mould is easy to can used on the usual punch,and adapt to generalize in producing.
