【正文】 黃河科技學院畢業(yè)論文 第 I 頁 淺談中小型企業(yè)文化建設 摘 要 隨著全球經濟的發(fā)展，企業(yè)文化建設將成為 21 世紀企業(yè)管理發(fā)展的趨勢，與此同時，國外越來越多的企業(yè)意識到企業(yè)文化的重要作用，也開始加強對企業(yè)文化的研究及對其建設的探索。而我國在企業(yè)管理方面對企業(yè)文化的認識較晚，還處于起步階段，中小型企業(yè)由于資金、規(guī)模等原因對其自身文化建設的認識較大型企業(yè)更淺，重視程度也不言而喻。中小型企業(yè)應注重建設其對應的企業(yè)文化，方能在競爭日益激烈的環(huán)境中立于不敗之地。 本文將主要側重于對中小型企業(yè)文化建設存在的不足進行分析和對相應對策進 行描述。首先，本文將介紹企業(yè)文化在企業(yè)管理中的重要作用，并且簡述企業(yè)文化建設對中小型企業(yè)建設、發(fā)展的重要作用。其次，本文將具體分析中小型企業(yè)文化建設中存在的問題，并且簡要分析問題背后的原因。最后，本文將針對中小型企業(yè)文化存在的問題進行相應對策研究，歸納總結。 關鍵詞 ：中小型企業(yè)，企業(yè)文化，文化建設 黃河科技學院畢業(yè)論文 第 II 頁 The Enterprise Cultural Construction of the Small and Mediumsized Enterprises Author： Song Pengchong Tutor： Chen Huixian Abstract With the global economic development, the enterprise culture in the 21st century will be the management of development trend.
