黃河科技學(xué)院畢業(yè)論文 第 I 頁(yè) 淺談中小型企業(yè)文化建設(shè) 摘 要 隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,企業(yè)文化建設(shè)將成為 21 世紀(jì)企業(yè)管理發(fā)展的趨勢(shì),與此同時(shí),國(guó)外越來(lái)越多的企業(yè)意識(shí)到企業(yè)文化的重要作用,也開(kāi)始加強(qiáng)對(duì)企業(yè)文化的研究及對(duì)其建設(shè)的探索。而我國(guó)在企業(yè)管理方面對(duì)企業(yè)文化的認(rèn)識(shí)較晚,還處于起步階段,中小型企業(yè)由于資金、規(guī)模等原因?qū)ζ渥陨砦幕ㄔO(shè)的認(rèn)識(shí)較大型企業(yè)更淺,重視程度也不言而喻。中小型企業(yè)應(yīng)注重建設(shè)其對(duì)應(yīng)的企業(yè)文化,方能在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈的環(huán)境中立于不敗之地。 本文將主要側(cè)重于對(duì)中小型企業(yè)文化建設(shè)存在的不足進(jìn)行分析和對(duì)相應(yīng)對(duì)策進(jìn) 行描述。首先,本文將介紹企業(yè)文化在企業(yè)管理中的重要作用,并且簡(jiǎn)述企業(yè)文化建設(shè)對(duì)中小型企業(yè)建設(shè)、發(fā)展的重要作用。其次,本文將具體分析中小型企業(yè)文化建設(shè)中存在的問(wèn)題,并且簡(jiǎn)要分析問(wèn)題背后的原因。最后,本文將針對(duì)中小型企業(yè)文化存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行相應(yīng)對(duì)策研究,歸納總結(jié)。 關(guān)鍵詞 :中小型企業(yè),企業(yè)文化,文化建設(shè) 黃河科技學(xué)院畢業(yè)論文 第 II 頁(yè) The Enterprise Cultural Construction of the Small and Mediumsized Enterprises Author: Song Pengchong Tutor: Chen Huixian Abstract With the global economic development, the enterprise culture in the 21st century will be the management of development trend.
