I 基于 SolidWorks 的風(fēng)機(jī)主傳動系統(tǒng)三維建模 II 摘 要 本文采用了風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)的計(jì)算機(jī)建模仿真的方法,對風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)的主傳動系統(tǒng)性能及載荷計(jì)算的方法進(jìn)行了研究,同時(shí)以 1MW 級風(fēng)機(jī)說明了建模和仿真的基本方法和理論。風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)的主傳動系統(tǒng)的建模和仿真都是在 SolidWorks軟件平臺下完成的,文章對風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)組的塔架、輪轂、主軸、齒輪箱、電機(jī)、機(jī)艙底盤進(jìn)行了建模。對主傳動系統(tǒng)各部件在風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)組上的作用作了介紹,并對其結(jié)構(gòu)形式及選用進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析。 風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)組的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)環(huán)境非常惡劣 ,受力情況復(fù)雜,所以對其主傳動系統(tǒng)各部件材料的選用作了介紹。為了確保風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)在其壽命期內(nèi)能夠正常工作,對主軸進(jìn)行了強(qiáng)度分析。由于齒輪箱在風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)組的特殊作用,對齒輪箱內(nèi)的傳動形式的種類、特點(diǎn)及應(yīng)用作了介紹,并對其進(jìn)行了合理的選擇。根據(jù)齒輪箱的增速要求,合理選擇了齒輪箱內(nèi)的各級齒輪軸和齒輪的參數(shù)。發(fā)電機(jī)也是風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)組的重要部件之一,它將風(fēng)輪的機(jī)械能轉(zhuǎn)化為電能。發(fā)電機(jī)的選擇尤其重要,所以本文對所選擇的雙饋異步發(fā)電機(jī)的工作原理及作用作了介紹。由于主傳動系統(tǒng)安裝的需要,對機(jī)艙底盤進(jìn)行了建模,并在滿足強(qiáng)度及剛度 的前提下,對其材料和造型的合理選擇作了介紹。 最后,在 SolidWorks 平臺上把所有建模設(shè)計(jì)出的風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)主傳動系統(tǒng)的零部件進(jìn)行了裝配,并在平臺上進(jìn)行了傳動模擬演示,使人們更直觀的了解風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)主傳動系統(tǒng)的組成及工作情況。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī);主傳動系統(tǒng);建摸;仿真 III ABSTRACT The wind generator puter modeling simulation approach is adopted here, and the research of load calculation drivetrain system performance of the wind generator are conducted while 1MWclass airpressors on modeling and simulation of the basic methods and theories. The main drivetrain system‘s modeling and simulation of wind generators are operated on the SolidWorks software platform. The modeling of the round wheel, axle, gear boxes, electrical, cabin chassis of the wind generator is conducted on this article. The main ponents in the drivetrain system on the role of wind power generation units were introduced, and the selection of its form and structure of a detailed analysed. Wind generators’ operating environment is very bad, the various ponents of its main drivetrain system were introduced in the selection of materials. To ensure that wind generators in their normal life, the intensity analysis of the main axle is conducted. For the gear boxes in wind generators have special role for the transmission gear box form types, characteristics and applications were introduced, and its reasonable selection. According to gear boxes growth, a reasonable choice of gear wheel axle and gear box at all levels of the parameters is conducted. Wind generators’ generator is one of the important part, it will wind round the mechanical energy into electrical energy. The selection of generators is particularly important, therefore, to the choice of this doublefed asynchronous generator work and the role of theory was introduced. Because of the drivetrain system installation requirements, the modeling of the cabin chassis, and strength and rigidity to meet the premise of its material and shape a reasonable choice was introduced. Finally, All the parts and ponents designed on the SolidWorks platform drivetrain are assembled, and the transmission simulation display is also conducted, allowing a more intuitive understanding of the wind generator drivetrain system and the position of the work.
