【正文】 （ 二〇〇八年六月 本科畢業(yè)設計說明書 題 目： 學 生 姓名 ： 學 院 ： 管 理 學 院 系 別： 管 理 科 學 系 專 業(yè)： 信息管理與信息系統(tǒng) 班 級： 信管 041 指 導 教師 ： 教授 /副教授 /講師 摘 要 由于我國生產(chǎn)力以及經(jīng)濟的不斷發(fā)展，客觀上對內(nèi)嚙合齒輪泵的需求量正在不斷的增加。但是我國對于內(nèi)嚙合齒輪泵的研究和探索起步晚，起點低，這就嚴重制約了我國在內(nèi)嚙合齒輪泵領域的發(fā)展速度。相對于國外知名產(chǎn)品，我國自主生產(chǎn)的內(nèi)嚙合齒輪泵無論在容積效率，輸出壓力和性能穩(wěn)定性等方面都存在很大的差距。本文主要主要內(nèi)容是通過 Pro/E 對內(nèi)嚙合齒輪泵進行了建模過程，然后又利用 ANSYS 軟件對內(nèi)嚙合齒輪泵的主要組成部件進行了有限元分析，并 根據(jù)分析結(jié)果提出了相應的優(yōu)化建議。 關鍵詞 內(nèi)嚙合齒輪泵；三維建模；有限元分析；優(yōu)化建議； Pro/E Abstract In recent years, Chinese have began to do the research of highpressure internal gear pumps. But we lack research of internal gear pumps in parametric design, performance and other aspects of basic analysis. So there is a large gap between the current domestic internal gear pumps witn the products of foreign countries in output pressure, volumetric efficiency and the stability of the products. And China39。s internal gear pumps have low production and few species. We first drawed the threedimensional Pro/E of the main structures of the internal gear pump and the assembly drawing. Those draws were saved as the format of IGES,then they were imported into ANSYS. This method of analysis and optimization also has an important significance to design and analyze other parts of pumps, which can make the pump have the best overall performance.
