遼寧石油化工大學繼續(xù)教育學院論文 I 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) 說明書 題 目 :基于單片機的智能型可燃性氣體泄漏報警器的設(shè)計 院別: 繼續(xù)教育學院 專業(yè): 自動化 班級: 自動化 112 設(shè)計人: 包瑩 指導教師: 李飛 遼寧石油化工大學繼續(xù)教育學院論文 II 摘 要 隨著可燃性氣體種類和應(yīng)用范圍的增長,其使用的地方和貯氣倉庫內(nèi)的泄漏、火災爆炸事件日益增多。從安全、環(huán)保和經(jīng)濟的角度上考慮,研究測量可燃性氣體自動報警和自動打開排氣裝置的一種控制裝置是非常重要的。 此設(shè)計對可燃性氣體泄漏報警、以及控制器進行了非常深的研究,采用了“探測器加單片機控制電路”設(shè)計思維,具有反應(yīng)快,誤差小 等優(yōu)點。選用 TGS813 半導體陶瓷式氣體傳感器對現(xiàn)場可燃性氣體濃度進行測量,采用性價比和功能較高的 AT89S51 單片機作為中央處理單元,對濃度信號進行收集、數(shù)據(jù)做處理、顯示、報警及打開排氣裝置等步驟。 此設(shè)計的可燃性氣體報警、控制器可以測量到空氣中以烷類氣體為主的多樣可燃性氣體的濃度,實時顯示濃度值,當達到預先設(shè)置的上限報警值時,發(fā)出聲音報警和控制信號,以提示操作人員采取安全措施或自動控制相關(guān)安全設(shè)備。該報警、控制器可以實時、準確測量可燃性氣體濃度,并且可以長時間可靠無誤的報警,具有很廣泛的應(yīng)用前景和價值 。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 報警器;可燃性氣體;氣體傳感器;單片機 遼寧石油化工大學繼續(xù)教育學院論文 II Abstract With bustible gas type and application area increases, the use of local and gas storage warehouse leaks, fire and explosion incidents are increasing. From the safety, environmental and economic point of view to consider, of a measure of flammable gas alarm device, and automatically opens a discharge control device is very important.. This design for bustible gas leak alarm, and a controller indepth study, using a probe plus MCU control circuit design thinking, with a small error, fast response and so on. Selection TGS813 semiconductor ceramic gas sensor for measuring the concentration of flammable gas field, the use of higher cost and functionality AT89S51 microcline as the central processing unit of the concentration signal collection, data do processing, display, alarm and open the exhaust other steps. The design of the bustible gas alarm, the controller can be measured into the air to gasbased and diverse alkane concentration of flammable gas, realtime display of concentration values, when it reaches a preset limit alarm value, the alarm sounds and control signals to prompt the operator to take safety measures or automatic control related safety equipment. The alarm, the controller in real time, accurate measurement of bustible gas concentration, and the reliability and accuracy of the alarm can be long, with a very broad application prospects and value.
