煤礦區(qū)煤層氣利用技術(shù)綜合評價-畢業(yè)論(已修改)

【正文】 摘 要 我國富煤貧油少氣的能源結(jié)構(gòu),決定了煤炭在國民經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中始終占據(jù)主導地位,并在未來較長時期內(nèi)難以改變。面對每年因煤層氣事故引發(fā)上千死亡人數(shù)和相當于我國天然氣儲量的煤層氣資源儲量的巨大反差,國家明令企業(yè)必須將煤層氣抽采到規(guī)定標準以下方可采煤,并限制抽采濃度在 30%以上的煤層氣空排到大氣中,同時給予抽采利用煤層氣的企業(yè)一定財稅優(yōu)惠政策。目前,面對眾多煤礦區(qū)煤層氣開發(fā)利用技術(shù),企業(yè)對如何篩選最適宜技術(shù)處于盲目階段,對各種技術(shù)的適用性、經(jīng)濟性、社會性等缺乏系統(tǒng)認知 。同時國家對推動煤礦區(qū)煤層氣產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展、如 何布局各類技術(shù)、如何制定適宜的煤礦區(qū)煤層氣開發(fā)利用激勵政策還處于摸索階段,巫需一套適應中國煤礦區(qū)特點的煤礦區(qū)煤層氣開發(fā)利用技術(shù)評價方法和評價工具。 為打破限制煤礦區(qū)煤層氣產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的下游瓶頸,本論文著重圍繞煤礦區(qū)煤層氣利用對策及利用技術(shù)進行研究。在調(diào)研分析國內(nèi)外煤礦區(qū)煤層氣開發(fā)利用策略、利用技術(shù)應用、綜合評價方法基礎上,通過對煤礦區(qū)煤層氣利用系統(tǒng)分析,依據(jù)煤礦區(qū)煤層氣產(chǎn)業(yè)特色以及不同利用技術(shù)特點,從技術(shù)一經(jīng)濟一環(huán)境一社會四個緯度構(gòu)建煤礦區(qū)煤層氣利用技術(shù)評價體系和評價模型。依托評價方法,重點對最具有產(chǎn)業(yè)化前景的 煤礦區(qū)煤層氣發(fā)電技術(shù)進行綜合評價,并進行不同政策、引 入 CDM 機制、技術(shù)變化對煤礦區(qū)煤層氣發(fā)電技術(shù)綜合評價影響的情景分析。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 煤礦區(qū)煤層氣;利用對策;利用技術(shù);綜合評價 ABSTRACT The energy structure of rich coal, less oil and gas determines The dominant of coal in the development of national economy in China, which will not change for a long time, With the parision about thousands of death due to coal mining methane(CMM) accidents and the huge reserves of CMM extraction below standard, and limit emission of CMM concentration above 30%, and the extraction of enterprises would be get tax preferential policies. At present, with numerous CMM utilization technologies, the most suitable technologies for enterprises isn’t decided easily, without system cognition on applicability, economy, sociality about various techniques. What’s more, govermment is eager to know how tao promote industrialization of CMM, how to layout of technology, how to formulate appropriate incentive policy, which is promptly needed about CMM evaluation methods and evaluation technology tools considering China’s coal mine area charactera. This paper was emphatically studied around CMM utilization countermeasures and technologies. In research and analysis of CMM by using technology strategy, CMM technical application status and prehensive evaluation method, CMM technical evaluation system and model was structured through four aspects on technology, economy, environment and sociality.
