畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文 ) 題目: 茶杯蓋 注射模具設(shè)計(jì) 作 者 XXX 屆 別 XXX 系 別 機(jī)電系 專 業(yè) 機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)及其自動(dòng)化 指導(dǎo)教師 XXX 職 稱 XXX 完成時(shí)間 2021年 5月 6日 摘要 塑料在當(dāng)今世界上無(wú)處不用 ,因此塑料模具有很大發(fā)展,特別是注塑模。由此可知,研究注塑模具對(duì)了解塑料產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)過(guò)程和提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量有很大意義。 本課題主要是針對(duì)瓶蓋的模具設(shè)計(jì) ,通過(guò)對(duì)塑件進(jìn)行工藝性分析和比較 ,最終設(shè)計(jì)出一副注塑模。該課題從產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)工藝性及具體模具結(jié)構(gòu)出發(fā),對(duì)模具的澆注系統(tǒng)、模具成型部分的結(jié)構(gòu)、頂出系統(tǒng)、冷卻系統(tǒng)、注塑機(jī)的選擇及有關(guān)參數(shù)的校核、都有詳細(xì)的設(shè)計(jì),同時(shí)并簡(jiǎn)單的編制了模具的加工工藝。通過(guò)整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程表明該模具能夠達(dá)到此塑件所要求的加工工藝。根據(jù)題目設(shè)計(jì)的主要任務(wù)是茶杯蓋注塑模具的設(shè)計(jì)。也就是設(shè)計(jì)一副注塑模具來(lái)生產(chǎn) 茶杯蓋的塑件產(chǎn)品,以實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化提高產(chǎn)量。 通過(guò)本設(shè)計(jì),可以對(duì)注塑模具有一個(gè)較深的認(rèn)識(shí),注意到設(shè)計(jì)中的某些細(xì)節(jié)問(wèn)題,了解模具結(jié)構(gòu)及工作原理;通過(guò)對(duì) PROGRAM 的學(xué)習(xí),可以建立較簡(jiǎn)單零件的零件庫(kù),從而有效的提高工作效率;通過(guò)畫裝配圖、零件圖,進(jìn)一步系統(tǒng)深化CAD 熟練程度,加深了對(duì)模具各個(gè)零件的認(rèn)識(shí)。 關(guān)鍵字 : 塑料模具,注射機(jī),型腔,澆注系統(tǒng) Abstract Plastic is everywhere in the world today with , Therefore has great development prospects of plastic , especially in Injection Molding ,so the study of plastic injection molds for understanding the production process and improve the quality of products have great significance.
