【正文】 常州工學(xué)院機電工程學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計論文 i 摘要 畢業(yè)設(shè)計課題為消毒柜側(cè)蓋注射模擬及其注射模設(shè)計。分析了塑件的結(jié)構(gòu)特點,運用 Moldflow 軟件對塑件進行了模擬分析 ,優(yōu)化了澆口位置 ,并針對成型過程中出現(xiàn)的缺陷進行了工藝參數(shù)優(yōu)化 ,在模擬結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上完成了該塑件注塑模的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計和材料選定 ,并介紹了模具的結(jié)構(gòu)和工作過程。該模具采用潛伏式澆口和側(cè)向抽芯機構(gòu),一模兩腔。 CAE 優(yōu)化與模具設(shè)計的有效結(jié)合 ,縮短了模具研發(fā)周期 ,降低了產(chǎn)品開發(fā)成本 ,提高了產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。該模具結(jié)構(gòu)合理 ,操作方便 ,生產(chǎn)效率高。 關(guān)鍵詞: 注射模具 一模兩腔 模具設(shè)計 模擬分析 常州工學(xué)院機電工程學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計論文 ii ABSTRACT My graduation project is the injection simulation analysis and the design of the injection mold of the side cover of the disinfect a structure characteristics of the plastic part were analyzed. The Moldflow software was used for the simulation analysis and optimization of the gate position for the plastic part. By optimizing the process parameters, the defects of the injection molding were successfully avoided. Based on the simulation result, the structure designing and the material selection of its injection mold had been finished. The injection mold with two cavities adopted the hidden gate system and side corepulling CAE optimizing with mold design could shorten the mold developing cycle, reduce the product development cost and enhance the product quality. The mold was convenient to operate , with proper structure and high efficiency.
