【正文】 編號(hào) ： 本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 24m 跨輕鋼廠房設(shè)計(jì) The design of the workshop of 24m span light steel structure 學(xué) 院 建筑工程與環(huán)境學(xué)院 專(zhuān) 業(yè) 土木工程 班 級(jí) 土木 072 班 學(xué) 號(hào) 074110224 姓 名 孫欽軍 指導(dǎo)教師 （校內(nèi)）王新堂 職稱(chēng) ：教授 指導(dǎo)教師 （校外） 職稱(chēng) ： 完成日期 2021年 5 月 24m 跨輕鋼廠房設(shè)計(jì) I 24m 跨輕鋼廠房設(shè)計(jì) 摘要 ： 該工程位于寧波市，是 72 米長(zhǎng) 24 米跨鋼結(jié)構(gòu)廠房，帶 吊車(chē) 。 建筑等級(jí)：耐久等級(jí)為Ⅱ級(jí)，耐火等級(jí)為Ⅱ級(jí)，設(shè)防烈度為 7度。廠房采用門(mén)式鋼架結(jié)構(gòu)，屋面板采用 75 厚的 EPS夾芯板，懔條采用卷邊槽型檁條，梁柱為 H型鋼，基礎(chǔ)為柱下獨(dú)立基礎(chǔ)。 本設(shè)計(jì)是對(duì)輕型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的實(shí)際工程進(jìn)行建筑、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)與計(jì)算。主要對(duì)承重結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了內(nèi)力分析和內(nèi)力組合，在此基礎(chǔ)上確定梁柱截面，對(duì)梁柱作了彎剪壓計(jì)算，驗(yàn)算其平面內(nèi)外的穩(wěn)定性；梁柱均采用 Q345B 鋼， 級(jí)摩擦型高強(qiáng)螺栓連接，局部焊接采用 E43 型焊條，柱腳為剛性連接 ,梁柱為鉸接連接。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： 輕型 鋼結(jié)構(gòu)；廠房； 門(mén)式鋼架； 設(shè)計(jì) The design of the workshop of 24m span light steel structure Author： Sun qinjun ABSTRACT： The workshop lies Ningbo which is a 72meters in length and 24meter span steel structure workshop with one crane. Class of construction: Durable grade Ⅱ ,fire protection rating Ⅱ ,earthquake intensity 7 degrees. The workshop adopts portal frame while the proof of the building adopts the 75 thick EPS sandwich board and the purline use crimping tanktype purline, both the beam and column use the H section steel. The base is a single base under the column. This design is to proceeds the building construction design to the structural and actual engineering in light steel and calculation. The tractate includes the internal force analyzes and bines, based on these analyse, we can choose the section of beam and columniation. Next, checking putations of stability calculation of the plane structure. The steel beam and column employs Q345 carbon structural steel. Connection bolts are high strenth bolt of friction type with behavoure grade . Rod for mannual welding usually adopts E43. rigid connection apply to the column leg and the connection of column and beam adopts hinged connection.
