【正文】 1 江 蘇 大 學(xué) 畢業(yè)設(shè)計（論文）任務(wù)書 學(xué)院 環(huán)境 班級 環(huán)境 1002 學(xué)生 韓志英 設(shè)計論文題目 煉油企業(yè)污水集中處理工程設(shè)計 課題來源 自 選 起止日期 2021 年 02 月 24 日至 2021 年 06 月 06 日共 15 周 指導(dǎo)教師（簽名） 教研室主任（簽名） 2 設(shè)計依據(jù)： 煉油污水是原油煉制及加工過程中產(chǎn)生的一類廢水，具有水量大、濃度高、污染物種類多等特點(diǎn)。 污水的性質(zhì)受原油性質(zhì)、生產(chǎn)工藝等因素的影響，主要污染物有油類物質(zhì)、有機(jī)物、懸浮物、硫化物和氰化物等，在自然界中較難降解。如果不加處理就直接排放，會給環(huán)境造成較大危害。 本設(shè)計針對煉油企業(yè)污水，設(shè)計處理工藝，具有實(shí)用價值。設(shè)計初始條件：COD： 10301600mg/L， BOD5： 590810mg/L， pH： 69， NH3N： 85100mg/L，石油類 ： 9001300mg/L，硫化物： 3550mg/L，合計水量 7 萬 m3/d。設(shè)計該污水的處理工藝，要求出水達(dá)到《污水綜合排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》（ GB89781996）的一級排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 3 任務(wù)要求： 認(rèn)真收集資料，閱讀相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)及有關(guān)的法律法規(guī)； 擬訂畢業(yè)設(shè)計進(jìn)度計劃； 寫一篇 4000 字左右讀書報告（小論文）， 格式參照科技期刊論文要求撰寫； 外文翻譯不少于 2 萬字符， 撰寫格式參照原文； 根據(jù)設(shè)計條件，設(shè)計適宜的處理工藝，并具有一定的可行性； 進(jìn)行設(shè)計計算， 寫出設(shè)計說明書，不少于 8000 字； 對主要構(gòu)筑物等繪圖，要求視圖、線條及尺寸標(biāo)注正確，符合國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。工作量不少于 3張 A1號圖紙（ CAD 折合數(shù) ） 。 4 畢業(yè)設(shè)計（論文）進(jìn)度計劃： 起 止 日 期 工 作 內(nèi) 容 備 注 1—— 2 周 3—— 4 周 5—— 6 周 7—— 10 周 11—— 14周 15 周 收集資料，閱讀文獻(xiàn) 實(shí)地調(diào)研，制定方案 選擇外文資料并進(jìn)行翻譯 撰寫讀書報告 工藝設(shè)計 設(shè)備及構(gòu)筑物繪圖 準(zhǔn)備答辯 注： 、圖紙、讀書報告、外文資料譯文及原文、電子文檔等； 一按環(huán)境學(xué)院下發(fā)的文件要求執(zhí)行。 I 摘 要 煉油行業(yè)是環(huán)境污染較為嚴(yán)重的行業(yè)，從原料到產(chǎn)品，從生產(chǎn)到使用，都存在造成環(huán)境污染的因素。煉油污水是煉油行業(yè)生產(chǎn)、運(yùn)行過程中產(chǎn)生的不可直接利用的污染水，它是國內(nèi)工業(yè)廢水的重要組成部分。 本設(shè)計針對煉油廠污水的水質(zhì)差、水量變化復(fù)雜、有機(jī)污染物濃度高的特點(diǎn)，力求做到經(jīng)濟(jì)、高效，采用了傳統(tǒng)的活性污泥法，輔以物理方法，大致流程為： 格柵 — 調(diào)節(jié)池 — 平流式隔油池 — 平流式氣浮池 — 推流式曝氣池 — 二沉池 — 活性炭吸附 — 達(dá)標(biāo)排放。 它具有 適應(yīng)性強(qiáng) 、 運(yùn)行費(fèi)用低 、 投資省、 占 地小 、 設(shè)計合理 、 操作方便、維護(hù)簡單 的特點(diǎn)， 處理后出水可達(dá)到 《污水綜合排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》（ GB89781996）的一級排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。本設(shè)計包括各構(gòu)筑物的原理和功能特點(diǎn)以及各部分構(gòu)筑物的設(shè)計計算， 根據(jù)計算結(jié)果和各個設(shè)備的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了選型 。 設(shè)計出的工藝流程可以達(dá)到設(shè)計要求，減輕環(huán)境污染。 關(guān)鍵詞： 煉油污水 ；曝氣池；二沉池； 工程設(shè)計 II ABSTRACT Refinery wastewater is water pollution in refining and chemical industry production, produced in the operation process cannot be used directly, it is the important part of industrial wastewater. Refining industry is more serious environmental pollution of the industry, from raw materials to products, from production to use, there are factors that cause environmental pollution. The process design for water quality in refinery sewage,water change plex, different anic pollutant concentration characteristics, and strive to achieve economic, efficient, using the traditional activated sludge process, supplemented by physical methods, grid adjustment pool horizontal flow type oil separating pool horizontal flow type flotation tank and plug flow aeration tank two sink the pond activated carbon adsorption and emission standards. It has strong adaptability, low operation cost, investment, small occupation of land, reasonable design, convenient operation, simple maintenance, the treated effluent can reach the integrated wastewater discharge standard(GB89781996) of the first grade discharge standard. The design includes the design and calculation of structures,the structure of the principle and function characteristics and each part, according to the characteristics of the calculation results and the equipment are design can meet the design requirements, reduce environmental pollution, recycling wastewater to achieve.
