2021 屆 本 科 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計(jì)(論 文) 淺析當(dāng)當(dāng)網(wǎng)物流配送的模式 The Model of Analysing Dang Dang Network Logistics and Distribution 學(xué) 院: ___ 商學(xué)院 __________ 專 業(yè): 物流管理 姓 名: ___ __________ 學(xué) 號(hào): 指導(dǎo)教師: ___ _ _ 完成時(shí)間: 2021 年 4 月 1 日 二〇一二年六月 論文題目:淺析當(dāng)當(dāng)網(wǎng)物流配送的模式 專 業(yè):物流管理 學(xué) 生: 簽 名: 指導(dǎo)教師: 簽 名: 摘要 隨著信息技術(shù)地不斷發(fā)展,人們生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營意識(shí)地轉(zhuǎn)變,人類社會(huì)逐步邁入了一個(gè)日漸成熟的網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代。電子商務(wù)作為信息化的產(chǎn)物以一種全新的商務(wù)運(yùn)作方式為人類社會(huì)提供了又一個(gè)新型的交易模式。電子商務(wù)的成功實(shí)現(xiàn) 需要對(duì)信息流、資金流、商流和物流進(jìn)行整合。在這四種流中,物流是最為特殊的一種,它對(duì)電子商務(wù)的作用日益突出。物流不僅可以促進(jìn)我國電子商務(wù)健康發(fā)展,對(duì)于電子商務(wù)企業(yè)來說,還可以降低企業(yè)的配送成本,提高配送效率。 本文根據(jù)電子商務(wù)與物流配送等基本理論,從當(dāng)當(dāng)網(wǎng)的物流模式的角度探究了電子商務(wù)物流配送。首先,本文以當(dāng)當(dāng)網(wǎng)的起源與發(fā)展出發(fā),并在此基礎(chǔ)上,分析了當(dāng)當(dāng)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及存在的主要問題,當(dāng)當(dāng)網(wǎng)的物流配送模式有自營物流模式、第三方物流模式、郵政服務(wù)配送模式;其次,對(duì)當(dāng)當(dāng)網(wǎng)物流配送模式的優(yōu)點(diǎn)和問題進(jìn)行了分析,并經(jīng)過 分析當(dāng)當(dāng)網(wǎng)的三種模式同性質(zhì)的網(wǎng)上書店;最后對(duì)當(dāng)當(dāng)網(wǎng)物流配送提出了對(duì)策和建議。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 物流配送 。當(dāng)當(dāng)網(wǎng) 。電子商務(wù) 。第三方物流配送模式 Title: The Model of Analysing Dang Dang Network Logistics and Distribution Major: Logistics Management Name: Signature: Supervisor: Signature: ABSTRACT As information technology continues to evolve, people have changed production and business sense. Human society is gradually maturing into a work economy. Emerce as a product of information technology for business operations in a new way provides a new trading patterns for human society. The successful emerce needs to integrate the information flow, capital flow, business flow and logistics. In these four flows, logistics is the most special one and the prominent role of emerce increasingly. Logistics not only can promote the healthy development of emerce, but also can reduce distribution costs and improve efficiency of delivery for emerce panies. According to the basic theory of emerce and logistics, on the view of the business pany how to choose the right logistics model, it summarizes the theory of emerce, logistics, distribution theory, and theory of emerce from the origin of emerce and development. On this basis, this analyses the current development of emerce logistics distribution status and the main problems. Secondly, the method of selecting logistics distribution model under the emerce is studied, and established the evaluation system of selecting logistics model, emerce enterprise39。s logistics strategy is mainly based on operating costs as low as possible to reach a certain level of customer service, to accurate delivery of services to maintain the customer loyally to maintain the stability of the logistics system, so that the logistics subsystem and other major subsystems can maintaining good coordination and so on. Based on the logistics strategic target deposition it formed three aspects and sum to eleven evaluation indexes about describing the quality of distribution management, logistics costs and logistics system. The Network of Idaigo from logistics point of view of the strategic position of a case study, using the AHP and Delphi method to be evaluated. Finally, the development of logistics distribution under electronic merce strategies and remendations put forward.
