張家口市某辦公樓供暖及給排水工程設計 摘 要 本設計主要是對張家口市某辦公樓進行采暖及給排水工程的設計。建筑總體為六層,采暖系統(tǒng)形式采用單管垂直跨越式熱水供暖系統(tǒng),二到六層為上供下回式,一層為上供上回式,供回水溫度為 95℃ /70℃。采暖系統(tǒng)采用散熱器采暖,其中在散熱器與立管連接的支管上安裝跨越管和三通閥,這樣既可以節(jié)能又可以滿足用戶自行調節(jié)室內溫度的需求,以達到房間內的舒適性。此外該采暖系統(tǒng)還具有經濟、穩(wěn)定性好、排氣方便、構造簡單等優(yōu)點。 由于該建筑層數(shù)少層高較低,且六層無用水器具,市政給水管網水壓和 配水量足以滿足建筑的用水要求,因此在給排水設計方面采用直接給水的方式。排水方面采用屋頂設通氣閥的普通單立管排水系統(tǒng)。 消防設計方面采用的是消火栓滅火系統(tǒng),室內消火栓管路呈環(huán)狀,屋頂及地下分別設置消防水箱及水池,并連接加壓水泵以滿足消火栓供水壓力。 關鍵詞 :單管垂直跨越式;散熱器采暖;給排水設計;消防設計 Zhangjiakou one office building heating and water supply and drainage engineering design Abstract This design mainly is an office building in Zhangjiakou for heating and water supply and drainage engineering design. Chosen is radiator heating, heating, system forms of choice is for next time to different programs of mechanical circulating hot water heating system, for the return water temperature of 95 ℃ / 70 ℃ . Single pipe vertical leap for indoor heating form, is in the vertical tube connected to the radiator pipe is installed on a cross tube and a threeway valve, it can be achieved according to user needs for traffic regulation, thus to achieve the purpose of adjusting indoor temperature and meet the requirements of fort. In a word, the heating system with hydraulic stability is good, easy to exhaust, the advantages of simple structure, etc. Water supply and drainage design, due to the less number of lowrise building floors, outdoor water supply pipe work pressure and water in a day are enough to satisfy the requirement of the building with who, fixed with the method of direct water supply. Drainage ways to choose the land is have mon ventilation pipe drainage system. Fire protection design, since there are no special requirements, the selection of fire hydrant water supply system is the most basic.
