畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 說明書(畢業(yè) 論文 ) 工業(yè)污水處理自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng) 摘 要 近年來 ,污水處理廠已成為各個(gè)城市最重要的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施之一。尤其是中小城市 ,新建或擴(kuò)建污水處理廠已成為當(dāng)?shù)卣纳迫嗣裆钏降念^等大事。隨著自動(dòng)化技術(shù)、計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展、完善 ,污水處理廠的自動(dòng)化水平也相應(yīng)提高。而 PLC 控制器以其技術(shù)成熟、通用性好、可靠性高、安裝靈活、擴(kuò)展方便、性能價(jià)格比高等一系列優(yōu)點(diǎn),在工業(yè)控制中得到了越來越廣泛的應(yīng)用。本文 主要介紹了污水處理廠自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)的組成、功能及如何利用 PLC 實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)控制 ,并介紹了在系統(tǒng)實(shí)施中遇到的若干問題及其解決措施。 在污水處理 中采用 PLC控制系統(tǒng)改造后,提高了自動(dòng)控制的可靠性 ,不僅減輕了工人的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度 ,而且提高了污水處理廠的運(yùn)行效率和運(yùn)行效益 ,實(shí)現(xiàn)了污水廠生產(chǎn)管理的科學(xué)性。 關(guān)鍵詞 : PLC; 污水處理 ; 硬件 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 說明書(畢業(yè) 論文 ) Industrial wastewater treatment automatic control system Abstract In recent years, sewage treatment plant has already bee one of the most important infrastructures in every city, and especially in small and mediumsized ones, to build and expand such plants has been on the local governments’ top agenda to improve peoples’ life. With the development and improvement of automation technique and puter technology, automation level of sewage treatment plants has also made a corresponding leap. While PLC has series of merits such as: mature technique, fine universal property, high reliability, flexible to install, convenient to expand, excellent cost performance, etc, which have enabled it gain a more and more widespread application in industrial control. This paper will mainly introduce the position and function of the automatic control system in sewage treatment plants and several problems that may occur in the practical use of the system and the possible solutions to them. Since the transformation by employing PLC control system in sewage treatment, the reliability of automatic control has been advanced, which has not only reduced workers’ work intensity, but also improved the operational efficiency of the sewage treatment plants, thus has made the scientific administration of manufacturing in sewage treatment plants possible.
