The size of the sewage treatment is 5000m3 / d, The main pollutants of sewage are BOD、 COD 、 SS 、 TN、 NH3N、 TP. The present treatment of domestic wastewater using biological treatment methods. Design the prehensive consideration of various factors。 we finally decided to use SBR as the main reaction tank to wastewater treatment process. The full name of the SBR process is a batch activated sludge process (Sequencing Batch the Reactor Activated Sludge Process), this is run by the intermittent aeration activated sludge wastewater treatment technology, and also known as a sequencing batch activated sludge process. Compared with conventional wastewater treatment process, the SBR is characterized by using timedivision operation of the alternative space partitioning mode of operation to deal with structures less, save infrastructure costs and operating costs. SVI value of sludge, sludge precipitation, generally does not produce sludge bulking. Flexible and well suited for smallscale sewage treatment plant. With the removal of SBR BOD and gentrification and phosphorus function is a big advantage. Its effluent can reach the urban sewage treatment plant emission standards (GB189182021) in the two standards.
