【正文】 本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計（論文） 題 目 大中型企業(yè)財務(wù)管理模式問題的理論與案例研究 系 別 管理系 學(xué)生姓名 專 業(yè) 財務(wù)管理 班 級 學(xué)號 指導(dǎo)教師 2021 年 6 月 摘要 2 摘 要 大中型企業(yè)作為一個整體，對各國家的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展做出了突出貢獻。在經(jīng)濟全球化的時代，越來越多的國家重視大中型企業(yè)的作用。雖然大中型企業(yè)在推動國家經(jīng)濟發(fā)展有很重要作用，但許多大中型企業(yè)單純追求銷量和市場份額的相當(dāng)大的部分，忽視了財務(wù)管理的核心地位。管理意識是剛性的，企業(yè)管理局限于生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營的管理 結(jié)構(gòu)，企業(yè)財務(wù)管理和風(fēng)險控制的作用沒有得到充分發(fā)揮，導(dǎo)致其對大中型企業(yè)的負面影響信貸融資渠道。原因是缺乏有效的財務(wù)管理支持。因此，深化金融改革，探索金融潛力，提高財務(wù)管理水平，改革財務(wù)管理的運作模式，建立財務(wù)管理模式適合中國大中型企業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀是當(dāng)務(wù)之急。 關(guān)鍵詞 ：大中型企業(yè)，財務(wù)管理模式，預(yù)算管理，財務(wù)控制 ABSTRACT IV ABSTRACT Large and mediumsized enterprises as a whole, the economic development of countries have made outstanding contributions. With the development of economic globalization, more and more countries pay attention to the role of large and medium sized enterprises.
