本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) 題 目 大中型企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理模式問(wèn)題的理論與案例研究 系 別 管理系 學(xué)生姓名 專 業(yè) 財(cái)務(wù)管理 班 級(jí) 學(xué)號(hào) 指導(dǎo)教師 2021 年 6 月 摘要 2 摘 要 大中型企業(yè)作為一個(gè)整體,對(duì)各國(guó)家的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展做出了突出貢獻(xiàn)。在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的時(shí)代,越來(lái)越多的國(guó)家重視大中型企業(yè)的作用。雖然大中型企業(yè)在推動(dòng)國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展有很重要作用,但許多大中型企業(yè)單純追求銷量和市場(chǎng)份額的相當(dāng)大的部分,忽視了財(cái)務(wù)管理的核心地位。管理意識(shí)是剛性的,企業(yè)管理局限于生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)的管理 結(jié)構(gòu),企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制的作用沒(méi)有得到充分發(fā)揮,導(dǎo)致其對(duì)大中型企業(yè)的負(fù)面影響信貸融資渠道。原因是缺乏有效的財(cái)務(wù)管理支持。因此,深化金融改革,探索金融潛力,提高財(cái)務(wù)管理水平,改革財(cái)務(wù)管理的運(yùn)作模式,建立財(cái)務(wù)管理模式適合中國(guó)大中型企業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀是當(dāng)務(wù)之急。 關(guān)鍵詞 :大中型企業(yè),財(cái)務(wù)管理模式,預(yù)算管理,財(cái)務(wù)控制 ABSTRACT IV ABSTRACT Large and mediumsized enterprises as a whole, the economic development of countries have made outstanding contributions. With the development of economic globalization, more and more countries pay attention to the role of large and medium sized enterprises.
