湖北文理學(xué)院 畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計)報告紙 湖北文理學(xué)院 畢業(yè)設(shè)計 (論文 )正文 題 目 基于 Pro/E 的挖掘機的設(shè)計與運動仿真 專 業(yè) 機械設(shè)計制造及其自動化 班 級 機制 0812 班 姓 名 倪宗道 學(xué) 號 08116225 指導(dǎo)教師 張 俊 教授 2021 年 5 月 16 日 湖 北文理學(xué)院 畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計)報告紙 基于 Pro/E 的挖掘機的設(shè)計與運動仿真 摘要: 挖掘機廣泛應(yīng)用于工程機械中,隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)和制造業(yè)的發(fā)展 ,計算機輔助設(shè)計技術(shù)越來越廣泛地應(yīng)用在各個設(shè)計領(lǐng)域,為了縮短產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計周期、提高設(shè)計質(zhì)量、降低設(shè)計成本 ,滿足投資者和產(chǎn)品更新?lián)Q代的需要。根據(jù)挖掘機的工作原理和結(jié)構(gòu)特點,利用三維建模軟件 Pro/Engineer 建立了挖掘機各零件的三維模型,并在此基礎(chǔ)上進行零件的裝配、干涉檢查、運動仿真分析等高級計算機輔助設(shè)計工作,將復(fù)雜的挖掘機形象地展現(xiàn)在用戶面前,使設(shè)計者在設(shè)計階段就能清楚地見到產(chǎn)品的最終結(jié)果,及時發(fā)現(xiàn)設(shè)計問題,既減輕了工作量又節(jié)省了資金,為新產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)奠定了基礎(chǔ),有助于增強企業(yè)的產(chǎn)品開發(fā)能力。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 挖掘機;虛擬裝配;三維建模; Pro/E;運動 仿真 湖 北文理學(xué)院 畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計)報告紙 Structural Design and Motion Simulation of the Excavator Based on Pro / E Abstract: With the development of science and technology and manufacturing excavators are widely used in construction machinery, puteraided design technology bees more widely used in various design fields, in order to shorten the design cycle, improve design quality, reduce design costs, meet the needs of investors and product replacement. According to the excavator working principle and structure characteristics, the use of threedimensional modeling software Pro / Engineer part to establish a threedimensional model of the excavator, and on this basis part of the assembly, interference detection, motion simulation and other advanced puteraided design , the plexity of the image to show the excavator to the user, so that designers in the design phase can clearly see the results of the final product, to detect design problems. Not only reduces the workload but also saves money for the new foundation for the development of products to help enhance product development capabilities.
