【正文】 濰坊學(xué)院本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)書(shū) 課題名稱(chēng) ： 圓盒注塑模設(shè)計(jì) 課題類(lèi)別 ： 生 產(chǎn) 專(zhuān) 業(yè) ： 機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)制造及其自動(dòng)化 年 級(jí) ： 2021級(jí)本 科 1 班 指導(dǎo)教師 ： 曹玉寶 學(xué)生姓名 ： 肖林澤 學(xué) 號(hào) : 11011140135 2021 年 5 月 26 日 摘 要 進(jìn)入現(xiàn)代社會(huì)，作為新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的塑料模具產(chǎn)業(yè)更是吸引了不少科學(xué)研究者的目光，相對(duì)于其他產(chǎn)業(yè)而言，它的快速發(fā)展速度的確令人難以置信，現(xiàn)在社會(huì)的每一天的正常開(kāi)展都離不開(kāi)塑料，試想一下我們身邊的事物，比如洗臉盆，杯子，臺(tái)燈，電腦，這些生活中常見(jiàn)的東西，如果沒(méi)有注塑模具的快速發(fā)展，這些東 西都將化為云煙，正是這些東西的出現(xiàn)，才促進(jìn)了時(shí)代的進(jìn)步和我們個(gè)人生活水平的提高，也許是塑料產(chǎn)品的出現(xiàn)是太符合現(xiàn)代人的需要，注塑模具的相關(guān)產(chǎn)已經(jīng)融入到我們的日常生活當(dāng)中，我們似乎感覺(jué)不到塑料產(chǎn)品的存在，但是塑料產(chǎn)品有確確實(shí)實(shí)存在我們身邊，仿佛我們的影子一樣，我們沒(méi)有注意到影子的存在，但是影子卻無(wú)時(shí)無(wú)刻不在我們的身邊，我們應(yīng)該懷著一顆感恩的心去感謝那些為注塑模具的飛速發(fā)展做出貢獻(xiàn)的科學(xué)家們，因?yàn)檎撬麄冏巫尾痪氲目炭嚆@研，才讓我們現(xiàn)在的生活變的如此多姿多彩，他們引領(lǐng)時(shí)代的先鋒，我們是站在了他們的肩膀上才有了今天 的美好，而伴隨著科學(xué)框架的一點(diǎn)一點(diǎn)的完善，人們對(duì)于注塑模具的認(rèn)識(shí)會(huì)越來(lái)越深刻。 在此次設(shè)計(jì)之中簡(jiǎn)單設(shè)計(jì)介紹了塑料成型的基本知識(shí)，以及塑料成型模具與注射機(jī)，注射模具設(shè)計(jì)，熱固性塑料成型模具設(shè)計(jì)，重點(diǎn)介紹了注射模具設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)容，關(guān)于注射模具設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)容也是此次課程設(shè)計(jì)研究中學(xué)習(xí)模具的相關(guān)內(nèi)容的難點(diǎn)和重點(diǎn)，希望通過(guò)此次設(shè)計(jì)能夠完善關(guān)于注射模具的理論框架，并逐步帶動(dòng)自己的實(shí)踐能力，夯實(shí)自己所學(xué)到的關(guān)于注塑模具的所有知識(shí)。 關(guān)鍵詞： 聚苯乙烯樹(shù)脂 注射機(jī) 圓盒注塑模 Abstract In modern society, as the plastic mold industry in emerging industries is attracting a lot of scientific researchers, pared with other industries, the rapid development speed it is indeed be hardly worthy of belief every day, now society39。s normal development all cannot do without plastic, imagine things around us, such as wash basin, glass, table lamp, puter, mon things in life, if not the rapid development of injection mold, and all these things will be clouds, are these things, to promote the progress of the times and the level of our personal life improve, perhaps the plastic product is so consistent with the needs of modern people, relevant. The injection mold has been integrated into our daily life,We did not seem to feel the existence of plastic products, plastic products but do exist around us, like our shadow, we are not aware of the existence of the shadow, but the shadow is not every hour and moment in our side, our scientists should be with a heart of thanksgiving to thank those for rapid development of injection mold making the contribution, because they assiduously diligently, let our life now bee so colorful, they lead the vanguard of the times, we stand on their shoulders is beautiful today, and with the improve ment of scientific framework one point one, understanding of the injection mold will more and more profound.,A basic knowledge of plastic molding is introduced in the design of simple design and plastic mold and injection machine, injection mold design, thermosetting plastic molding mold design, focusing on the injection mold design, mold learning about the design of the injection mould for the content is the study of curriculum design in emphasis and difficulty, I hope through this design can improve the theory frame on the injection mold, and gradually bring their ability to practice what they have learnt about the injection mold all knowledge.
