【正文】 Sentaurus 課程 第一講 服務(wù)器的登陸 ? Poweric－ Hpserver02服務(wù)器的登陸 首先下載并安裝 xmanager軟件。安裝完成后，點(diǎn)擊快捷方式： Xbrowser——poweric－ Hpserver02，進(jìn)入登陸界面，輸入用戶名、密碼進(jìn)行登陸。 ? 初識(shí) Linux界面 終端窗口的打開 可通過兩種方式打開一個(gè)終端窗口： ? 左擊 “ main menu”（即 “ 紅帽子 ” 圖標(biāo)） —system tools—terminal。 ? “ mouse right click—Open Terminal” Sentaurus Workbench的啟動(dòng) ? Sentaurus Workbench is the primary graphical front end that integrates Sentaurus simulation programs into one environment. ? Its intuitive graphical user interface is used to design, anize, and run simulations for semiconductor research and manufacturing. Simulations are prehensively anized into projects Swb主窗口的一些說明 ? 自己創(chuàng)建的文件夾 ? 系統(tǒng)自帶的例子文件夾 我們可以從例子中從復(fù)制 project到自己的文件夾，如：點(diǎn)擊 Getting Started右擊 SWB_nmoscopy，然后點(diǎn)擊自己文件夾 paste即可。 Swb主窗口的一些說明 ? “The tool flow”指的是一個(gè) project由一系列模擬工具如 Sentaurus Process， Sentaurus Structure Editor， Sentaurus Device等組成； ? “ Parameters”指的是每種模擬工具下所設(shè)定的參數(shù)，每個(gè)參數(shù)都有自己的一個(gè)或幾個(gè) value值； ? “ Simulation nodes”指的是下面的矩形格子，每個(gè)格子都表示一個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)，雙擊節(jié)點(diǎn)可以獲得它的所有信息如標(biāo)號(hào)，狀態(tài)等。另外，節(jié)點(diǎn)的標(biāo)號(hào)可以直接顯現(xiàn)，點(diǎn)擊 ViewTree OptionsShow Node Numbers即可。 Swb主窗口的一些說明 ? 節(jié)點(diǎn)的顏色直接表征了它的狀態(tài)，如下圖所示（它位于主窗口的右下角）： 文件與 Projects的創(chuàng)建 ? project—new—new folder/ project ?
