齊齊哈爾大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) I 摘 要 本次課題設(shè)計的 是手動兩自由度回轉(zhuǎn)工作平臺 , 回轉(zhuǎn)工作臺是銑床上的主要附件之一,它不僅可以輔助銑床完成各種曲線零件的銑削,和分度劃線工作,還可以用于鏜床、鉆床、插床、刨床以及其他機(jī)床以配合完成上述范圍的各種加工?;剞D(zhuǎn)工作臺主要結(jié)構(gòu)由底座、轉(zhuǎn)盤、蝸輪、蝸桿、分度盤等組成,其中蝸輪蝸桿副除起傳動作用以外,還配合分度盤上粗刻線起機(jī)械分度的作用。 此次設(shè)計 的 手動兩自由度回轉(zhuǎn)工作平臺 ,要求 工作臺直徑 Ф 400mm,最大承載量為300Kg, 第一自由度回轉(zhuǎn)精度及回轉(zhuǎn)角度范圍: 2′、 0176。~ 360176。, 第二自由度回轉(zhuǎn)精度及 回轉(zhuǎn)角度范圍: 5′、 10176。~ 100176。 本文主要介紹了 手動兩自由度回轉(zhuǎn)工作平臺 設(shè)計方法 及 過程 ,包括 第一自由度回轉(zhuǎn)工作平臺的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,回轉(zhuǎn)精度和蝸桿傳動設(shè)計,第二自由度回轉(zhuǎn)工作平臺的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,回轉(zhuǎn)精度和蝸桿傳動設(shè)計 等其他零部件的設(shè)計 。主要是針對 彌補(bǔ)了手動 立 式一自由度回轉(zhuǎn)工作平臺的不足,繼承了數(shù)控轉(zhuǎn)臺的優(yōu)點(diǎn),大大地節(jié)約了多次調(diào)整和裝夾的輔助時間,在提高加工零件尺寸精度的同時,提高了勞動生產(chǎn)率,從而降低了產(chǎn)品的制造成本,增強(qiáng)了產(chǎn)品在市場上的競爭能力。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 兩自由度; 回轉(zhuǎn)工作臺 ;蝸桿傳動; 精度;生產(chǎn)率; 齊齊哈爾大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) II Abstract This design is a manual rotary working platform with two degrees of freedom, the rotary table is one of the main accessories of milling machine, it can not only milling assisted milling machine to plete various curve parts, and dividing lines, all kinds of processing can also be used for boring machine, drilling machine, planer, slotting machine and other machine tools to plete the range . Rotary table is mainly posed of a base seat, rotary, worm and gear, dividing disc ponents, where in the worm gear transmission, but also with the indexing disc of graduations mechanical indexing function. Manual rotary working platform with two degrees of freedom of the design requirements, the diameter of the working table is 400mm, the maximum capacity of 300Kg, the first degree of freedom rotational accuracy and rotating angle range: 2 39。, 0 degrees to 360 degrees, second degrees of freedom rotation accuracy and rotating angle range: 539。, 10 degrees to 100 paper introduces the manual two degrees of freedom rotary working platform design method and process, including the design of the first degree of freedom rotary working platform, design of rotary precision and worm transmission, structure design of second degrees of freedom rotary working platform, design of rotary precision and worm drive design of other parts . The main disadvantage of manual vertical offset is a freedom revolving work platform, inherits the advantages of NC rotary table, greatly saves many adjustments and clamping of the auxiliary time, in improving the processing parts size precision at the same time, improve labor productivity, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost of the product, enhance the petition ability of products in the on the market.
