【正文】 遼寧省交通高等?？茖W(xué)校機(jī)電系畢業(yè)論文 第 1 頁(yè) 共 25 頁(yè) 摘要 數(shù)控機(jī)床在現(xiàn)代制造業(yè)中起著越來(lái)越重要的作用，數(shù)控技術(shù)及數(shù)控機(jī)床的廣泛應(yīng)用，給機(jī)械制造業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、產(chǎn)品種類和檔次以及生產(chǎn)方式帶來(lái)了革命性的變化。隨著自動(dòng)編程系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展，如 CAD， PRO/E等軟件的普及應(yīng)用，數(shù)控機(jī)床編程工作越來(lái)越簡(jiǎn)化，為保證零件加工質(zhì)量，除了數(shù)控機(jī)床自身的精度外，還與數(shù)控加工中的工藝措施密切相關(guān)，它的發(fā)展是信息技術(shù) (1T)與制造技術(shù) (MT)結(jié)合發(fā)展的結(jié)果。因此，在用數(shù)控機(jī)床進(jìn)行機(jī)械零件加工時(shí)，要充分考慮工藝問(wèn)題對(duì)零件加工質(zhì)量的影響。本篇論文主要說(shuō)明數(shù)控加工的工藝過(guò)程以及如何根據(jù)實(shí)際情況 合理選擇機(jī)床和夾具，在零件的工藝分析中主要是數(shù)控加工工藝路線的設(shè)計(jì)，能夠根據(jù)給出的圖紙中準(zhǔn)確的設(shè)計(jì)出數(shù)控加工工藝路線。零件程序的編寫，根據(jù)零件的形狀，采用手動(dòng)方式，運(yùn)用自己所學(xué)的數(shù)控編程的知識(shí)編寫出正確合理的程序。使其能夠達(dá)到圖紙要求的尺寸，其中包括加工精度、表面粗糙度，垂直度等。這些問(wèn)題都是我們?cè)跀?shù)控加工中應(yīng)該注意的問(wèn)題。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： 數(shù)控機(jī)床；自動(dòng)編程；冷卻液；工藝。 遼寧省交通高等專科學(xué)校機(jī)電系畢業(yè)論文 第 2 頁(yè) 共 25 頁(yè) Abstract CNC machine is playing a more and more important part in the modern production. revolutionary change NC technology and the widespread application of NC machine tools, machinery manufacturing to the industrial structure, product variety and quality and production methods brought about a With the development of the automatic programming systerm,for ezample CAXA、 PRO/E and so on..They have been used in all programming of CNC machine is being easier and oreder to keep the quality of the part relects not only the CNC machine itself but also the way of CNC machining . So when we use CNC machine to make paer ,we should consider the effect of art problem to the quality of the part text explain the maching process and how to choose the correct machine and tools according to the matter.
