畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說明書 開關(guān)電源并聯(lián)供電系統(tǒng) 開關(guān)電源并聯(lián)供電系統(tǒng) 摘要: 伴隨著電力電子技術(shù)近年來迅猛的發(fā)展,各個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)對于電子裝置的需求量都在日益增加。同時(shí)因?yàn)楦鞣N電子裝置都在不斷地更新?lián)Q代,往多元化以及集成化的方向發(fā)展,其對電源功率、電流的要求也在不斷提高。但是由于受到構(gòu)成電源的各個(gè)模塊中所包含的器件、材料等的影響,單個(gè)開關(guān)電源模塊在功率、電流、電壓等各個(gè)方面都往往無法滿足電子裝置的要求,更何況因?yàn)榻陙硇履茉吹陌l(fā)展,光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展也十分迅速,單個(gè)電源完全無法滿足使用的需求。因此,開關(guān)電源并聯(lián)供電系統(tǒng)就隨之而產(chǎn)生了。 本 系統(tǒng)由恒流源 模塊 、恒壓源 模塊、 單片機(jī) 系統(tǒng) 控制模塊 、 輔助電源模 塊與顯示模塊五部分組成。 在電源模塊上本系統(tǒng) 使用的是 LM2596 模塊,并且依靠它來實(shí)現(xiàn)降壓,同時(shí) 采用了 STC12C5A60S2 單片機(jī)作為控制核心, 配合使用 IN282 作為放大器進(jìn)行 50 倍放大來采集信號(hào)。在比較器上, 選擇的是 LM358,并且使用主從均流法來對采集的兩路信號(hào),通過軟件算 法來實(shí)現(xiàn)分配誤差,以此來對電源模塊的電流進(jìn)行自動(dòng)調(diào)整。在本系統(tǒng)中, 使用 的是 LCD1602 顯示屏 來呈現(xiàn)采集的數(shù)據(jù) 。最后,在系統(tǒng)中 設(shè)置了過流保護(hù)電路,一旦負(fù)載的電流超過了 設(shè)定的值,將會(huì)自動(dòng) 啟動(dòng) 中斷,并在一段時(shí)間后恢復(fù)。經(jīng)過測試,本設(shè)計(jì)已經(jīng) 完成了設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)的要求, 實(shí)現(xiàn)了兩模塊電流的分配 。 關(guān)鍵詞: 開關(guān)電源,并聯(lián)供電,單片機(jī) Switching Power Supply Parallel Power Supply System Abstract: Along with the rapid development of power electronics technology in recent years, the demand for electronic devices in various industries is increasing. At the same time, because all kinds of electronic devices are constantly upgrading, to a diversified and integrated direction, the power of the power supply, the current requirements are also constantly improving. But due to the power of each module contains devices and materials influence, a single switching power supply module in all aspects of power, current, voltage, etc. are often unable to satisfy requirements of the electronic device, not to mention because in recent years the development of new energy, photovoltaic industry development is very rapid, single power supply pletely unable to meet demand. Therefore, the parallel power supply system of switching power supply is produced. The system is posed of five parts, which are constant current source module, constant pressure source module, single chip microputer system control module, auxiliary power module and display module. The system used in the power supply module is lm2596 module, and rely on it to realize buck, also uses STC12C5A60S2 microcontroller as the control core, with the use of IN282 as an amplifier for 50 times amplification signal acquisition. In the parator, the choice is LM358, and the use of the slave flow method to collect the two signals, through the software algorithm to achieve distribution errors, in order to automatically adjust the current power module. In this system, the use of LCD1602 display to show the data collected. Finally, an over current protection circuit is set up in the system. Once the current of the load exceeds the set value, it will automatically start the interrupt and resume after a period of time. After testing, the design has pleted the requirements of the design task, the realization of the distribution of the two module current.
