沈陽航 空航天大學畢業(yè)設計(論文) 200 t/d脫水污泥處理廠干燥焚燒一體化清潔生產工藝設計 院 系 能源與環(huán)境 學院 專 業(yè) 環(huán)境工程 班 級 0404301 學 號 2021040403020 姓 名 付雙宇 指導 教師 王偉云 沈陽航空 航天大 學 2021 年 6 月 沈陽航 空航天大學畢業(yè)設計(論文) I 摘要 脫水污泥處理處置是當前固廢處理領域的熱點和難點。各地都把污泥處理提上了日程,隨著城市污水處理量的增大,污泥的產量也在逐漸增加,如何合理處理污泥,變廢為寶、使其循環(huán)利用是世界各國面臨的普遍問題。與堆肥和 填埋相比,污泥焚燒具有減容、減量和無害化等優(yōu)點,是一種較好的污泥處理方法。 結合 目前使用最廣泛 的工藝是干燥焚燒 , 本文 闡述了間接與直接干燥的設備選型和相關計算以及流化床焚燒的參數(shù)設計。通過物料能量衡算利用污泥自身的熱值,提供干燥系統(tǒng)所需熱量,達到整個污泥處理系統(tǒng)能量的充分利用。 以 200t/d 處理量脫水污泥廠為例, 通過污泥干燥焚燒一體化,實現(xiàn)污泥的減量化和無害化處理。之后討論了脫硫的工藝方案選擇,計算了半干法脫硫用料量,煙氣冷凝系統(tǒng)的回收量,在除渣的基礎上分析了污泥焚燒處理的經濟性以及污泥殘渣制磚 的可行性 。 關鍵詞: 脫水 污 泥 ; 干 燥 ; 焚 燒 ; 200 t/d 脫水污泥處理廠干燥焚燒一體化清潔生產工藝設計 II The design of 200t/d plant for drying and incineration of dewatered sewage sludge Abstract Treatment and disposal of dewatered sludge is a hot issue in municipal solid waste (MSW) treatment. Since all sludge should be treated, also sludge production are increasing, it is really a problem that how to deal with sludge and make it recycled. Compared with the posting and land filling, incineration has the advantages that including volume reduction, reduction and harmless, so it is a better method for sludge treatment. In this paper, the bined technology including drying and incineration are used for mechanical dewatered sludge treatment in a 200t/d plant and the equipments are selected and designed. For the drying equipment, the indirect and direct drying equipment are considered. For incineration, the fluidized bed is chosen as incineration equipment. Through the material and energy balance using the value of sludge drying system, it can provide the heat required to achieve the full utilization of the sludge treatment system of energy. Also, feasibility of sewage sludge incineration ash for construction brick are analyzed in this paper.
