【正文】 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計(jì) (論文 ) 設(shè)計(jì) (論文 )題目 淺談建設(shè)項(xiàng)目施工招投標(biāo) 學(xué) 生 系 部 建筑工程系 專 業(yè) 指導(dǎo)教師 2021 年 12 月 10 日 沈陽職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院建筑工程系畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論 文）專用紙 II 摘 要 建設(shè)項(xiàng)目施工招投標(biāo)可以說是工程建設(shè)中具有重要地位與重要意義的，它與市場經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展擁有著密不可分的關(guān)系，與此同時(shí)，推行招投標(biāo)制基本形成了由市場定價(jià)的價(jià)格機(jī)制，使工程價(jià)格更加趨于合理。有利于節(jié)約投資、提高投資效益，綜合看來，建設(shè)項(xiàng)目施工招投標(biāo)對(duì)市場經(jīng)濟(jì)調(diào)節(jié)與社會(huì)發(fā)展具有戰(zhàn)略意義與深遠(yuǎn)影響。為實(shí)現(xiàn)本文的研究目的，主要對(duì)以 下幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了研究：首先闡述招投標(biāo)的基本概念和特點(diǎn)，依法必須進(jìn)行施工招標(biāo)的工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目，通過我國建筑工程招投標(biāo)的現(xiàn)狀分析，尋找建筑工程招投標(biāo)中存在的問題，在此基礎(chǔ)上分析建筑工程招投標(biāo)的目的、原則及意義。另對(duì)我國建筑工程招投標(biāo)存在的問題進(jìn)行了客觀的分析，并針對(duì)上述問題提出了解決存在問題的方法及一些完善對(duì)策。 關(guān)鍵詞： 建筑工程招投標(biāo)，社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)，發(fā)展，法律。 沈陽職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院建筑工程系畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論 文）專用紙 III Abstract Tendering and bidding in the construction projects can be said to be has important position and significance in engineering construction and the development of the market economy, it has a close relationship, at the same time, promoting the public bidding system formed basically by the price mechanism of market pricing, the price more reasonable.
