【正文】 JIU JIANG UNIVERSITY 畢 業(yè) 論 文 題 目 長江流域翹嘴鲌體形幾何形態(tài)學研究 英文題目 The Yangtze River basin shape geometry of Culter 院 系 藥學與 生命科學學院 專 業(yè) 生物科學 姓 名 梁其歡 年 級 2021級 指導教師 張小谷 二零一五年五月 九江學院 11 級本科畢業(yè)論文：長江流域翹嘴鲌體形幾何形態(tài)學研究 I 摘 要 本研究所采用的翹嘴鲌魚體材料 ,運用幾何形態(tài)學方法，采用 TpsDig2軟件標記每個翹嘴鲌標本的 16個特征點，收集各個特征點的特征值，用 SPSS統(tǒng)計學軟件進行行判別函數(shù)分析和聚類分析 ， 比較翹嘴鲌 (Culter alburnus） 7個不同群體間的形態(tài)差異。結果表明，以判別分析建立的判別函數(shù) , 對 7個不同群體的綜合判別率為 %。分析結果 顯示，幾何形態(tài)測量分析法對 7 個不同群體翹嘴鲌進行判別函數(shù)分析是可以區(qū)分的 ,典型判別函數(shù)散點表明不同地理區(qū)域其幾何形態(tài)的差異明顯。以聚類分析結果表明， 7個不同翹嘴鲌群體可分為三支 , 丹江口水庫、無錫養(yǎng)殖、無錫太湖和四川樂山岷江四個群體形態(tài)最為接近 , 首先聚為一支 , 都昌新妙湖和重慶大洪湖聚為另一支 , 而都昌新妙湖和重慶大洪湖群體則相對獨立為一支。三個分支中都昌新妙湖和重慶大洪湖群體與其他群體的親緣關系相對較遠。在不同區(qū)域的翹嘴鲌群體，有一定的幾何形態(tài)差異。從 2種分析方法中 , 判別分析的鑒別效果最好。從網格圖 上，我們可以了解 7個不同群體翹嘴鲌的各個部位的體形特征情況。 關鍵字： 翹嘴鲌；體形；幾何形態(tài) 學 九江學院 11 級本科畢業(yè)論文：長江流域翹嘴鲌體形幾何形態(tài)學研究 II Abstract TpsDig2 software to mark each of Culter alburnus specimens of 16 feature points by the topmouth culter fish body materials, using the method of geometric morphology and collected each feature point feature value, using SPSS statistical software for discriminant function analysis and clustering analysis, more Alice mouth culter Culter alburnus 7 different groups of morphological differences.
